THE ROLE

We are looking for motivated Emirati talent with a passion for technology and problem-solving. In this role, you will support data and digital transformation projects for global clients, working closely with consultants and technical teams. You don&rsquo;t need to be a data expert already - if you have a solid foundation in IT or tech and a willingness to learn, we will teach you the rest. 


WHAT YOU WILL DO
<ul>
<li>Learn how data is structured and used across different business systems.</li>
<li>Support consultants in preparing, transforming, and validating data for client projects.</li>
<li>Work with our platform to build and test data objects with guidance from senior consultants.</li>
<li>Help run data loads and troubleshoot issues during project phases.</li>
<li>Create clear documentation and keep the team updated on progress.</li>
<li>Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure accurate, high-quality project delivery.</li></ul> 


WHAT IT TAKES
<ul>
<li>A degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).</li>
<li>Basic knowledge in any of the following: data, databases, IT systems, ERP, or software development.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.</li>
<li>Interest in learning data migration, data quality, and digital transformation tools.</li>
<li>Good communication skills and willingness to work with clients and internal teams.</li>
<li>Motivation to grow in a fast-paced, international environment.</li>
<li>Availability to travel occasionally depending on project needs.</li>
