It&rsquo;s a creative playground for someone who&rsquo;s heuristic, experimental, and endlessly curious &mdash; yet grounded in the discipline of brand language, design systems, and storytelling craft.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Conceptualize, storyboard, and execute motion graphics &amp; video content for ads, reels, brand campaigns, and product showcases.</li><li>Create merch mockups, visual explainer videos, brand films, and product animations that inspire clicks and conversions.</li><li>Maintain and evolve the brand&rsquo;s visual identity, ensuring every frame, font, and fade speaks the Backdropsource tone.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, content &amp; product teams to craft emotionally resonant, conversion-ready visuals.</li><li>Integrate a strong sense of color harmony, typography, and motion rhythm in every creative output.</li><li>Edit videos with narrative flow, design coherence, and social-first sensibility.</li><li>Sketch or draft storyboards before executing &mdash; bringing concept clarity before composition.</li></ul>What You Bring to the Table:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in an E-commerce or Digital Marketing agency.</li><li>Command over the Adobe Creative Cloud suite &mdash; especially: Illustrator | Photoshop | After Effects | Premiere Pro | CapCut</li><li>Proficiency in storyboarding, sketching, and visual conceptualization.</li><li>Deep understanding of brand guidelines, color psychology, composition, and motion flow.</li><li>Creative instincts sharpened by data &mdash; your designs aren&rsquo;t just pretty; they perform.</li></ul>We&rsquo;re Looking for Someone Who:<ul><li>Is creative, playful, and heuristic &mdash; always experimenting with ideas before polishing them into perfection.</li><li>Understands that motion is not just movement &mdash; it&rsquo;s emotion, rhythm, and timing.</li><li>Can switch between chaos and structure &mdash; think like a creative, execute like a craftsman.</li><li>Obsesses over brand alignment, tone consistency, and storytelling cohesion.</li><li>Lives for creative velocity &mdash; not creative bureaucracy.</li></ul>Apply Now:Send your CV at kanika@backdropsource.comJob Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 3 monthsPay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
