What You'll Be Doing:<ul><li>Write engaging content for social media posts, reels, ads, videos, and posters, tailored for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.</li><li>Develop hooks, captions, and engagement-driven scripts that increase views, shares, saves, and conversions.</li><li>Create content calendars across all channels and plan strategies to grow social media accounts organically.</li><li>Collaborate with motion graphic designers and marketing teams to ideate and execute reels, video campaigns, and visual storytelling concepts.</li><li>Adapt long-form content into bite-sized, performance-ready creatives for ads and social media campaigns.</li><li>Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice, visual style, and campaign goals.</li><li>Analyze content performance and iterate to maximize engagement, reach, and conversions.</li></ul>What You Must Bring to the Table:<ul><li>Minimum 1 years of experience in social media content creation, E-commerce, or Digital Marketing agency.</li><li>Strong knowledge of ad copywriting, hooks, captions, and engagement-driven social media content.</li><li>Expertise in SEO-friendly content while keeping it natural and conversational for social platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with copywriting frameworks (AIDA, PAS, CATT, BAB) and persuasion architecture.</li><li>Proven ability to plan and execute content calendars for multiple social media channels.</li><li>Skilled in repurposing content across formats (image posts, reels, videos, posters).</li><li>Collaborative mindset to work with motion designers, marketers, and other teams to bring concepts to life visually and narratively.</li></ul>Youll Thrive Here If You:<ul><li>Think like a marketer and write like a creator.</li><li>Believe that copy is psychology in action words that influence, not just inform.</li><li>Can create hooks and scripts that make viewers stop scrolling and engage.</li><li>Are proactive in content planning, calendar creation, and social media strategy.</li><li>Enjoy experimenting, testing, failing fast, and optimizing for results.</li></ul>Job Type: Freelance Contract length: 3 monthsPay: &#8377;6,000.00 - &#8377;8,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
