<p>We are looking for a dynamic <b>Recruiting Coordinator</b> to join our team at our <b>Corporate Manufacturing Headquarters located in Monroe, MI</b>. This is a full-time opportunity.</p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities: </b><b><i>(Other duties as assigned)</i></b></p>
<ul><li>Answer high volume of interested candidate inbound phone calls and texts.</li>
<li>Reviewing and evaluating applications.</li>
<li>Scheduling candidates for in person interviews.</li>
<li>Ensure relevant data is entered into multiple recruiting systems in a prompt and accurate manner.</li>
<li>High degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.</li>
<li>Skills needed, such as data entry, emailing, and scheduling.</li>
<li>Great attention to detail.</li>
<li>Other administrative responsibilities as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Required Education and Experience:</b></p>
<ul><li>High School Diploma</li>
<li>2 years of Recruiting/Customer Service experience, handling incoming calls and emails from candidates as well as making outbound calls to candidates.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Preferred Experience:</b></p>
<ul><li>Experience answering high volume incoming phone calls.</li>
<li>Clear communication skills.</li>
<li>Microsoft office.</li>
<li>Adeptness at using applicant tracking system software, such as Paycor and Salesforce.</li>
