<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">About This Role:</h2>
As a Systems Integration Specialist, you will be a pivotal part of our operations team, ensuring GoHighLevel (GHL) and Zapier workflows are optimized, automated, and performing at the highest level across client accounts. You will maintain high-performing systems, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and collaborate with the team to implement strategic solutions.
We are seeking a high-level GHL expert &mdash; someone who knows the platform inside and out, can independently make decisions, and proactively identifies new ways to leverage tools for maximum efficiency. This is not a &ldquo;button-pusher&rdquo; role.
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Key Responsibilities:</h2>
<ul><li>Build, optimize, and manage GoHighLevel CRM systems for multiple client accounts, including pipelines, funnels, workflows, forms, surveys, and campaigns.
</li><li>Develop and maintain complex Zapier automations to streamline workflows and integrate multiple tools.
</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across GHL, Zapier, and third-party integrations.
</li><li>Monitor and optimize campaign and automation performance to ensure consistent results.
</li><li>Document strategies, processes, and decisions for transparency and knowledge-sharing.
</li><li>Collaborate with account managers to translate client goals into actionable system solutions.
</li><li>Stay current with new GHL and Zapier features and identify opportunities to implement them effectively.</li>

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</h2>
<ul><li>2+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM and Zapier automation.
</li><li>Proven experience managing 50+ client accounts simultaneously.
</li><li>Deep understanding of workflows, automations, AI chatbots, and A2P compliance (10DLC registration).
</li><li>Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
</li><li>Ability to independently make decisions and provide rationale for actions.
</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment.
</li><li>Strong communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
</li><li>Experience with Google Sheets, Slack, APIs, and additional integrations is a plus.
