We are seeking a highly creative and talented Social Media Content Creator &amp; Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This role requires a combination of design skills, creativity, and a strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conceptualize, curate , create, and execute compelling visual content for social media channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.</li><li>Design graphics, images, videos, GIFs, and other multimedia elements for social media posts, ads, campaigns, and promotions.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop and implement social media content strategies that align with overall marketing goals and brand identity for Dial-A-Battery &amp; Auto Studio</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, social media platform updates, and best practices to optimize content performance and user engagement.</li><li>Monitor social media analytics and performance metrics to track content effectiveness.</li><li>Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and audience targeting.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Graphic Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and engaging content across various social media platforms.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.</li><li>Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and animation tools is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li><li>A passion for creativity, storytelling, and staying updated with digital media trends and technologies.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li><li>Prior experience in content creation for diverse industries or brands is advantageous.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
