What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></div><div>
As a <b>Pre-Litigation Case Manager</b> at Bader Law, you will take ownership of personal injury cases from the moment of client retention through to settlement or transition to litigation. This role is client-focused and detail-driven, requiring strong coordination, communication, and case management skills.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Client</b><b> </b><b>Interaction</b></div><ul><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the pre-litigation process.</li><li>
Provide regular updates and educate clients on their case progress and expectations.</li><li>
Build strong, empathetic relationships with clients during a challenging time in their lives.</li></ul><div><b>
Case Management</b></div><ul><li>
Review and organize case files upon intake to ensure complete documentation.</li><li>
Coordinate client treatment with medical providers and track medical progress.</li><li>
Summarize and analyze medical records to support the assigned attorney.</li><li>
Identify additional insurance coverage and ensure subrogation claims are established.</li><li>
Prepare comprehensive demand packages to present claims to insurance companies.</li></ul><div><b>
Negotiation &amp; Settlement</b></div><ul><li>
Negotiate with insurance adjusters under attorney guidance to secure optimal settlements.</li><li>
Present settlement offers to clients, thoroughly explaining options and outcomes.</li><li>
Collaborate with the settlement team to finalize cases, manage liens, and ensure compliance.</li><li>
Identify cases that require litigation and support the attorney with necessary preparations.</li></ul><div><b>
Documentation &amp; Reporting</b></div><ul><li>
Maintain accurate records and updates in the case management system (e.g., Filevine).</li><li>
Prepare case status reports for weekly file reviews with the assigned attorney.</li><li>
Ensure all documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements.</li></ul><div><b>
Team Collaboration</b></div><ul><li>
Work closely with attorneys and support teams to move cases forward efficiently.</li><li>
Participate in team meetings to discuss case strategies and share best practices.</li><li>
Assist in transitioning cases to litigation when necessary.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Legal Studies, Business, or related field (preferred)</li><li>
2&ndash;3 years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation case management</li><li>
Paralegal certification (preferred)</li></ul><div><b>
Skills:</b></div><ul><li>
In-depth understanding of personal injury law and case procedures</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Proficiency in case management software (Filevine or similar)</li><li>
Exceptional organization and time management abilities</li><li>
Strong negotiation and analytical skills</li><li>
Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)</li><li>
