Air Elec Bay Supervisor

 Engineering Logistics Portal (ELP) Operator will be responsible for the
 
 
 management of all Typhoon repairable assets which have failed at Forward and
 
 
 require tasking via the ELP process.

 supervise of all assets as they pass through the Quality Gate, Engineering

<div>The Training Cell 
Junior Supervisor is responsible for the design and implementation of 
competency tool sets that both identify training requirements and record 
completed training. They will also have an in depth working knowledge of both 
On/Off aircraft and workshop competency profiles at all levels of seniority. 

The requirement of 
this role is to liaise and support maintenance personnel and managers at all 
levels to navigate and succeed in utilising all available media and training 
routes to be able to demonstrate compliance and competency, in particular an in 
depth knowledge of training tool sets and the lead stakeholders is essential for 
this role.

Training Cell Junior Supervisor

<div><div>The Training Instructor Mechanical is 
responsible for the supervision and delivery of both theoretical and practical 
training, relating to Typhoon Type, specialist and support training, and 
assessing trainee performance and evaluating the efficacy of the training 
system. Formal Training will occur within the Qatar Typhoon Training Facility 
(QTTF) augmented by mentored 
training within the operational environment. The role also includes the day-to-day 
supervision and allocation of Training Instructors against instructional and 
mentoring duties, and ensuring that all courses are appropriately staffed and 
resourced.</div>

<div>Key aspects of the Training Instructor Mechanical role includes:</div>

Training Instructor Mechanical

<div>The Quality &amp; SHE Lead reports to the Training Standards 
Lead and is Responsible for Day to day management of all Maintenance SHE and 
internal Quality audit programme.
Responsible for the establishment of SHE and Quality Systems 
across Maintenance in support of Operations. This role will conduct the day to 
day management of SHE and Quality Assurance Activities within all Maintenance 
areas.

<div>Duties and Responsibilities:</div>
<div></div><ul><li>Assisting the Maintenance Managers in managing the 
maintenance audit programme, including an annual review of previous 
findings.
</li><li>Co-ordinate the units internal audit programmes, 
including:
</li><li>Routinely highlight non-compliances within 
maintenance prior to audit
</li><li>Briefing the Maintenance Managers on the audit 
status.
</li><li>Analyse the results from previous audits and follow 
up outstanding actions.
</li><li>Routinely undertake visits to all maintenance 
locations.
</li><li>Use publicity to raise SHE and Quality profile, 
awareness and issues.
</li><li>Conduct audits, inspections in accordance with 
internal procedures and OHSAS 18001/ISO 14001 requirements, to agreed and

Quality & SHE Lead

<div>The 
Engineering Logistics Portal (ELP) Operator will be responsible for the 
management of all Typhoon repairable assets which have failed at Forward and 
require tasking via the ELP process.
<div>
The post holder will 
supervise of all assets as they pass through the Quality Gate, Engineering 
Tasking and Repair Scheduling. Directly interfacing with the Part M engineer, 
Repairs Inventory Planner and Part M Repair Scheduler.</div>

activities and transactions are appropriately documented and maintained on the 
IMS system.

Airworthiness Organisation, protocols and procedures. Understands where and how to gather asset 
requirement information, and how to interpret this information in a range of situations.

<li>Has strong relationships within maintenance operations and all its 
dependency functions e.g. procurement, engineering disciplines, partner, 
supplier and customer organisations. 
</li>
<li>Must understand constraints and lead times associated with ML2/ML4 
activity and the importance of prioritisation. Working with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure as much up front 
planning is done in a proactive manner to avoid any unnecessary priority 
demands. 
</li>
<li>Requires a basic functional awareness that will be developed over the 
life cycle of the role. Continuous improvement, capability development and 
sustainment are also an integral part of the role.

<li>Requires analysis and planning skills along with key relationship 
building and problem solving skills, able to use appropriate IT systems.
