The analyst ensures data readiness, validates system outputs, develops standard work, and delivers training that enables planners, schedulers, and production teams to operate effectively in the enhanced ERP environment. 
 
Key Responsibilities

The Successful Candidate

This individual is a self-starting leader and technical problem solver who can bridge the gap between data analysis and shop-floor execution. The ideal candidate possesses the analytical skills to identify data trends and the manufacturing engineering expertise to go on-site at suppliers and implement solutions such as process automation, tooling/fixturing improvements, and control plans.

Required Education, Experience, &amp; Skills

Supplier Manufacturing Engineer

<div>*** This is a 2nd Shift Position, Mon-Thurs, 2:00 PM-12:30 AM**</div> 
As a Quality Inspector, you will support Quality directly on the manufacturing floor, performing in-process and final inspections for various assemblies throughout their manufacturing processes to ensure the product is free of defects. All aspects of the product are evaluated, including circuit card assemblies, solder joints, adhesive applications, and hardware builds through visual inspection and the use of microscopes, gauges, and other inspection tools as required. The process and part documentation are also reviewed in detail to ensure accuracy and compliance to requirements. Other Quality functions such as process auditing and continuous improvement activities are also supported. The role is in a manufacturing team environment in collaboration with Quality Engineering, Operations, and Process Engineering. Work is performed in various factory areas, inclusive of cleanrooms requiring gowning. 
 
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed fulltime on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
