Job Title: Site Supervisor &ndash; Interior Design ProjectsLocation: On-site (Delhi NCR / Project-based)Experience: 2&ndash;5 yearsIndustry: Interior Design / Fit-outs / Turnkey Projects⸻Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Site Supervisor to manage and execute interior design projects on-site, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to drawings, timelines, and smooth coordination between vendors, contractors, and the design team.⸻Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day site activities for residential &amp; commercial interior projects</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, stone &amp; metal vendors</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor quality of work, finishes, alignments, and detailing</li></ul><ul><li>Manage site manpower and daily work schedules</li></ul><ul><li>Track material deliveries, usage, and wastage</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and discipline</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare daily site progress reports (photos, updates)</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with designers for clarifications and revisions</li></ul><ul><li>Identify site issues proactively and resolve them efficiently</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure project completion within agreed timelines</li></ul>⸻Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or equivalent</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of site supervision experience in interiors</li></ul><ul><li>Strong knowledge of interior execution, materials, and finishes</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to read and understand working drawings &amp; shop drawings</li></ul><ul><li>Good communication skills (Hindi &amp; basic English)</li></ul><ul><li>Problem-solving and coordination skills</li></ul><ul><li>Willingness to travel between sites</li></ul>⸻Preferred Skills (Good to Have)<ul><li>Experience in high-end residential or commercial interiors</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of turnkey projects</li></ul><ul><li>Basic understanding of costing and measurements</li></ul>⸻What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work on premium design projects</li></ul><ul><li>Growth-oriented work environment</li></ul><ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li></ul><ul><li>Long-term association for the right candidate</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
