Our work is grounded in precision, analytical rigor, and adherence to global financial standards.Bahar also carries out live remote database updates for companies providing niche financial information products.Job Responsibilities: Equity &amp; Fixed Income&middot; Maintain and regularly update master reference data for equity instruments issued across global markets.&middot; Analyze and extract relevant data from offer documents, corporate disclosures, annual reports, and stock exchange filings.&middot; Process and validate equity corporate actions such as dividends, stock splits, bonus issues, mergers, demergers, takeovers, rights issues, and spin-offs.&middot; Monitor corporate actions timelines and ensure accurate capture and communication of key event details to internal stakeholders..&middot; Maintain and manage detailed reference data for fixed income securities, including bonds, debentures, and other debt instruments.&middot; Process corporate actions related to fixed income instruments, including interest payments, partial/full redemptions, calls, and conversions.Basic Qualifications:Only finance Graduate (B.Com, BMS, BIM, BFM, BAF, BBA, BBI) or Post graduate (M.Com, MMS, PGDM in Finance) or equivalent. A strong foundation in accounting, financial analysis, and corporate finance.Job Requirement:&middot; Well versed in English&middot; Basic computer knowledge&middot; Work in shifts (no night shifts)&middot; Capital Market knowhow is useful&middot; Flexible and adaptable to work demands&middot; Relevant experience an added advantage&middot; Meet work deadlines&middot; Ready to accept challenges&middot; Motivated and team player.
