Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual who can support both office administration and digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and have a good understanding of digital platforms.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle all official social media profiles of the organization and ensure they are regularly updated.</li><li>Plan, create, and execute social media marketing campaigns as required.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for enquiries through social media and client calls.</li><li>Coordinate with clients and handle service calls when necessary.</li><li>Assist in website content updates and basic SEO tasks (if required).</li><li>Draft professional e-mails and business communication.</li><li>Maintain records and prepare basic reports as needed.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of digital marketing (social media, SEO, content creation).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.</li><li>Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>0-1 Year Experience</li><li>Fresher or experienced preferred.</li></ul>Preferred (Not Mandatory) Skill:<ul><li>Basic video shooting and editing skills for short promotional clips and reels.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
