Main ObjectivesPro-actively supervise on a shift basis, all airside aircraft loading activities of Bahrain Airport Services, ensuring a safe, compliant and both operationally and financially efficient service delivery.Main Dutieso Ensure that safety is maintained across all operations by adhering to Bahrain Airport Services procedures, airline client requirements, and regulatory standards. Continuously assess company procedures for improvement and ensure full compliance with Bahrain Airport Authority Emergency orders when required. This ensures the safety of operations, compliance with legal standards, and the prevention of accidents or incidents.o Oversee all aircraft loading activities by planning, coordinating, monitoring, and supervising operations to ensure safety and efficiency. Verify that all containerized and non-containerized loads are secured according to company and airline client regulations. Operate and manage all aircraft servicing equipment as required to ensure the safety of the aircraft, prevents load-related accidents, and ensures compliance with industry standards.o Conduct regular staff briefings, with a minimum of one per shift, to ensure all team members fully understand their responsibilities and allocated duties. Provide specific job training as directed and verify that all staff are adequately trained. Additionally, attend and complete any required training courses to enhance personal and team capabilities.o Maintain professionalism by ensuring that all staff strictly adhere to the company&rsquo;s uniform and grooming standards at all times to promote professionalism, boost brand image, and maintain compliance with workplace policies.o Accurately complete and submit comprehensive ramp reports to the respective sections, ensuring that all services provided are properly recorded for recharge purposes and future reference.o Implement and manage the department's Performance Management System (PMS) for direct reports to evaluate and enhance staff performance effectively.o Perform headset functions and any additional responsibilities required to support operations and ensure seamless service delivery.o Comply with Company's and airport authorities&rsquo; health, safety &amp; security requirements.o Carries out other similar or related duties as directed by the management.Minimum RequirementsEducation:o Minimum of Highschool Diploma followed by any courses related to aviation.Experience:o Minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience in Airside Operations or in any aviation related job, preferably in ground handling services.Other Essential Requirements:o Must complete Aviation Operations related courses.o Good Knowledge of written and spoken English.o Bahraini driving licenses.Job Type: Full-time

Supervisor - Airside

Main ObjectivesCoordinate and direct turnaround operations in compliance with local regulations and standard operating procedures, ensuring safety, efficiency, and on-time departures. The role involves managing disruptions, facilitating clear communication between teams and stakeholders, maintaining accurate documentation in English using the 24-hour clock, and ensuring all aircraft are properly documented and DCS information is current prior to departure.Main Dutieso Ensure all activities are in compliance with Bahrain Airport Services, customer airlines, and the regulators' procedures, ensuring the operations align with all legal, safety, and customer service standards required by the airport and regulatory bodies.o Plan, monitor, control, and complete aircraft documentation for our airline customers for and on behalf of Bahrain Airport Services, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is accurately prepared and processed to meet the requirements of the airline and the airport.o Ensure that all Flight messages LDM/CPM and UCM messages are sent in compliance with procedures and resolve any possible communication issues, requiring non-standard communication methods, coordinating aircraft turnaround, managing disruptions with stakeholders, and relaying load control information between the loading supervisor and load control office, ensuring smooth and accurate communication and the resolution of any issues that may arise during flight operations.o Action any advisory messages regarding aircraft allocations, aircraft changes, and any special requirements without delay, operate the passenger boarding bridge (PBB) to embark or disembark passengers, and guide aircraft&rsquo;s in and out movement, ensuring that flight operations are adjusted promptly to reflect any changes or special requests from airlines.o Attend manual/system load sheet training as and when required and to undertake customer airline training as and when required, ensuring that the employee is always up-to-date with procedures and requirements for operational efficiency.o Deliver excellent information distribution to all customers, both internal and external, using the communication channels available, ensuring a professional and efficient service delivery at all times, ensuring timely and accurate communication to all relevant parties.o Provide the necessary aircraft legal paperwork for the relevant job function, ensuring that these are prepared in advance, ensuring compliance with legal and operational standards for each flight and avoiding delays or errors in documentation.o Ensure that all the daily flights are set-up within the EDP weight &amp; balance system and that the flights are created correctly, ensuring that the flight data is entered correctly into the system to guarantee the proper calculation of weight and balance, which is critical for flight safety.o Comply with Company's and airport authorities&rsquo; health, safety &amp; security requirements.o Carries out other similar or related duties as directed by the management.Minimum RequirementsEducation:o A minimum of a Diploma and/or IATA Diploma in Aviation Industry.Experience:o A minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience in Airside Operations and/or a minimum of 3 years in any aviation related job experience preferably in ground handling services in a major airline.Other Essential Requirements:o Holding airline license for weight and balance.o Holding airside driving license.o Completed all training in line with the job requirement.o Comprehensive knowledge in Operations and high customer service standards.o Computer literacy.o Communication skills.o Analytical thinking.o Attention to detail and quality.o Networking.o Good Knowledge of written and spoken English.Job Type: Full-time

Senior Supervisor - Turnaround

Main ObjectivesResponsible for creating food plans and nutrition programs, and oversee meal preparation. Ensure that all the meals are prepared according to the dietary requirements following the agreed standards.Main Dutieso Calculate patients' nutritional requirements using standard equations based on assessments of blood chemistry, temperature, stress, physical activity, age, and weight of the patient to ensure the development of personalized nutritional care plans and determine the appropriate amounts of macro and micronutrients needed to maintain or restore the patient&rsquo;s health and well-being.o Inspect and check the diets of the meals before dispatching to the patients to verify the accuracy of the prescribed nutritional plan, ensure food safety, and maintain the quality standards of the meals, all of which contribute to the effectiveness of the nutritional care and improved patient outcomes.o Supervise and train BAS employees on how to prepare meals and special diets based on nutritional requirements, ensuring the accurate, safe, and consistent delivery of nutritionally-appropriate meals that adhere to patient-specific requirements and maintain high standards of food quality and palatability, while also handling administration work and filing to maintain compliance, facilitate efficient service delivery, and provide easily accessible information.o Monitor food service operations to ensure conformance to the customer specifications, nutritional requirements, safety, sanitation, hygiene &amp; HACCP standards.o Create recipes, develop menus and standardization for the food service operations to enable healthcare providers to deliver consistent, high-quality, and nutritionally-balanced meals that are tailored to the individualized needs of patients, while also improving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.o Inspect the nutritional content of food (including new products) and advise the Supply section of any special requests to meet nutritional requirements.o Advise and co-ordinate with the client&rsquo;s catering department regarding the specific dietary requirements of patients to ensure the catering services meet the patient&rsquo;s specific dietary and medical needs.o Organize, develop, analyse, test, and prepare special meals such as low-fat meals, low-cholesterol meal, diabetic meals, renal diet, pureed meals, etc. to ensure the catering services can meet the individual nutritional needs of each patient, which is critical for supporting their health and recovery.o Comply with Company's and airport authorities&rsquo; health, safety &amp; security requirements.o Carries out other similar or related duties as directed by the management.Minimum RequirementsEducation:o A minimum of a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or an equivalent amount of working experience.Experience:o A minimum of 3 years&rsquo; experience in health care catering.Other Essential Requirements:o Professional qualifications in Nutrition &amp; Dietetics.o Ability to work well with others within a culturally diverse environment.o Ability to work a flexible schedule.o Willingness to learn new skills and participate in ongoing training sessions.Job Type: Full-time
