Main ObjectivesProvide efficient and high-quality food and beverage service to customers while ensuring smooth restaurant/Outlet operations. This includes welcoming and assisting guests, taking and processing orders accurately, handling payments, coordinating with the kitchen and bar, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, managing restaurant equipment and stock, and assisting in meal arrangements for transit and delayed passengers. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction, minimizing service delays, and supporting financial accuracy through proper billing and reconciliation.Main Dutieso Takes over duties from the outgoing shift, ensuring a sufficient number of waiters are available, ascertaining the number of customers, outstanding orders and bills, checking on kitchen attendance during the night shift, informing the supervisor, and ensuring the restaurant area is clean and tidy with properly set tables to ensure smooth shift transitions, operational readiness, and a well-maintained dining area.o Attending daily staff briefing to ensure operations run efficiently and staff is aware of promotions to enhance communication, service consistency, and promotion awareness.o Welcomes customers and directs them to tables, ensuring entitled passengers in transit restaurants have the appropriate vouchers, taking orders, passing them to the kitchen and bar, ensuring meals are well presented, and customers are properly served to provide excellent customer service and ensure efficient order processing.o Collects vouchers and presents bills to paying customers, collects cash in various currencies, ensures notes are genuine, applies the correct exchange rate, and provides the right change to maintain accurate billing and ensure proper handling of transactions.o Assists in contacting the Transfer Desk, obtaining flight delay and transit information, and coordinating and arranging meals as per the nature of the delay for all passengers as requested by airlines to ensure timely meal arrangements for delayed passengers and smooth coordination with airlines.o Ensures that all restaurant equipment, including glassware, cutlery, crockery, and table linen, are in good condition and sufficient for operations, coordinating with the equipment store to ensure availability to maintain restaurant readiness and prevent service disruptions due to equipment shortages.o Assists in monitoring and ensuring an adequate stock of beverages, compiling data, and ensuring stock availability at all times to manage beverage inventory efficiently to meet customer demand.o Responsible for tallying accounts with the Kitchen Order Ticket at the end of every shift in the absence of the supervisor to ensure financial accuracy and smooth end-of-shift reconciliation.o Comply with Company's health, safety &amp; security requirements.o Carries out other similar or related duties as directed by the management.Minimum RequirementsEducation:o Minimum of High School diploma followed by a diploma level course in Hospitality Industry.Experience:o Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or catering industryOther Essential Requirements:o Great in spoken/written English.o Thorough Knowledge about Catering Industry.Job Type: Full-time

Waiter/Attendant

Main ObjectivesWelds all types of metals, alloys and in various sizes and shapes in fabrication assembly, construction and repairs various Companies&rsquo; equipment. Uses acetylene, electric and other welding methods when performing duties. Maintains good safeguarding at workshop at all times.Main Dutieso Performs general welding tasks, including receiving instructions from supervisors and completing various welding projects to ensure alignment with job requirements and standards.o Interprets blueprints, drawings, sketches, and welding symbols used in plans to accurately execute plans and produce precise results.o Lays out work and follows work orders and specifications to ensure each task is done correctly and meets project needs.o Welds a variety of metals and alloys of different sizes and shapes for the fabrication, assembly, construction, and repair of equipment, pipes, tools, vehicle bumpers, steel boxes, and fixtures, ensuring all work meets Department welding standards and requirements.o Operates acetylene, electric-arc, MIG, and other welding methods to provide the appropriate welding technique for each specific task.o Uses a variety of hand tools and equipment necessary for the job, ensuring flexibility and readiness for diverse welding projects.o Applies knowledge of shop mathematics, metal properties, heat effects, and welding techniques to achieve strong, lasting welds and maintain high-quality standards.o Maintains a clean and organized workspace throughout the job and upon completion. Adheres to all safety rules and regulations to prevent hazards and ensure a safe work environment.o Comply with Company's and airport authorities&rsquo; health, safety &amp; security requirements.o Carries out other similar or related duties as directed by the management.Minimum RequirementsEducation:o Minimum of High school Diploma followed by 2 years vocational training.Experience:o Minimum of 4 years&rsquo; experience in welding environment using various welding methods.Other Essential Requirements:o Good knowledge of written and spoken English.o Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Job Type: Full-time
