The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company&rsquo;s inventory management function across all divisions, including Civil Contracting, MEP, Interior Fit-Out, Cleaning Services, and Facility Management. This role is vital to ensuring efficient stock control, timely material availability, accurate documentation, and cost-effective practices to support our ongoing projects and operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain effective inventory control systems across multiple divisions.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and ensure optimum availability of materials, tools, consumables, and assets.</li><li>Establish and enforce policies for receiving, issuing, returning, and storing materials.</li><li>Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Procurement teams to forecast material requirements.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of project-specific items to avoid delays and downtime.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams to manage delivery schedules.</li><li>Maintain accurate stock records in ERP or inventory management systems.</li><li>Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits, and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Generate reports on stock movement, consumption trends, and wastage.</li><li>Implement strategies to minimize holding costs while preventing shortages.</li><li>Identify slow-moving, excess, or obsolete items and propose corrective actions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, budgetary controls, and ISO standards.</li><li>Supervise and train storekeepers and inventory staff across multiple sites.</li><li>Enforce safety, health, and environmental regulations in storage areas.</li><li>Support audits and regulatory compliance requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 15 years&rsquo; experience in inventory/store management, with at least 10 years in the construction/contracting industry.</li><li>Mandatory experience handling multi-division operations (Civil, MEP, Interior, FM, Cleaning).</li><li>Should be able to manage a team size of 40&ndash;45 employees.</li><li>Professional certification (e.g., CIPS, APICS) preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of inventory control methods, supply chain, and warehousing practices.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).</li><li>Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills.</li><li>Strong communication, coordination, and leadership capabilities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: BD900.000 - BD1,000.000 per month

Proven experience as executive secretary of minimum 5-10 years(construction industry) in GCC.Outstanding communication skills in English Language is a must.Excellent drafting skills in English Language is mandatory.Proficient in MS Office and &ldquo;back-office&rdquo; software (e.g. ERP)In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industryFamiliarity with basic research methods and reporting techniquesExcellent organizational and time-management skillsIntegrity and confidentialityWell groomed and excellent personality is an added advantage.Degree in business administration or relative fieldResponsibilities:Maintain executive&rsquo;s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.Attend meetings and keep minutesReceive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriateHandle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)Make travel arrangements for executivesHandle confidential documents ensuring they remain securePrepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeepingMonitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective ordersMaintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessibleConduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.Only local candidates who are eligile to apply for this position;Immediate joiners give preference;Job Type: Full-timePay: BD500.000 - BD600.000 per month
