Position Overview:Baird Foundation Repair is seeking a reliable and precise Concrete Repair Technician to support the installation of concrete repair systems that protect the safety and stability of our customers. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who values structure, craftsmanship, and long-term career growth in a construction trade. Working under the direction of a Foreman, you&rsquo;ll assist with job site setup, tool and material preparation, and ensure equipment is properly loaded and organized for each project. You&rsquo;ll follow established processes to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment while gaining valuable field experience and training within an industry-leading team.With our Pay Per Job Bonus Structure, many team members earn $23&ndash;$32/hour or more.
