<div>Baird Holm LLP is seeking a Real Estate attorney with 3 or more years of law firm or government law experience with the following background:
The candidate must have all of the following experience and skills:
<ul><li>Juris Doctor (JD) from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school
</li><li>Strong academic history
</li><li>Active admission in good standing with the Nebraska bar or ability to obtain the same quickly
</li><li>Strong writing, analytical, organizational, time management, and communication skills
</li><li>Attention to detail and robust work ethic
</li><li>Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork, along with ability to work independently on various projects
</li></ul>The ideal candidate would have experience in one or more of the following areas:<ul><li>
Understanding of energy, corporate, finance, natural resources and environmental, construction, or tax credits
</li><li>Familiarity with conducting due diligence, drafting transactional documents, and handling closings</li><li>
Prior experience with litigation, permitting, land use, and zoning</li></ul>
