<div>As a member of the Procurement Operations Team, you will join an incredibly talented and hardworking Procurement and Contracts Administration department dedicated to safeguard Agency spending to advance BakerRipley&rsquo; s impact in the Houston region.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Procurement Operations, the Operations Coordinator I is responsible for ensuring compliance when processing procurement, requisitions, vendor relations, purchasing card administration, and new account coordination related tasks.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Procurement Services
<ul>
<li>Perform Initial Review of requests received in the Agency Contract Management System, work collectively with internal stakeholders to gather needed information within and properly disposition tasks within designated time frames</li>
<li>Responsible for the timely and accurate data processing, distribution, and electronic retention of Agency purchase orders</li>
<li>Oversee Agency Credit Card program including training, maintaining training tools and resources and request ownership</li>
<li>Vendor liaison responsible for vendor onboarding, maintenance and document execution as set forth in Agency policies &amp; guidelines</li>
<li>Maintains high level of confidentiality dealing with partners, stakeholders and assigned Agency program categories</li>
<li>Assist with procurement review as requested by Procurement and Procurement Operations</li>
</ul>
Administration
<ul>
<li>Engage and respond to internal and external business partners as necessary through direct communication, email and/or system to ensure a quality procurement experience by providing solution-oriented communication.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation of records in compliance with agency policies and guidelines including documentation, data entry, cross system data point match, case notes, and revision of incorrect information</li>
<li>Maintain supplier data integrity and accuracy across multiple Agency systems</li>
<li>Work alongside leadership to document and improve processes; update process maps and procedures, and provide technical assistance as needed</li>
<li>Ensure procurement &amp; contract compliance with all applicable Agency policies and guidelines</li>
<li>Participate in additional projects and initiatives as requested by Procurement &amp; Contracts leadership team</li>
<li>Maintain a good working knowledge of local, state, federal and contractual rules and regulations, and incorporate this knowledge and best practices into work processes and program support</li>

Procurement Operations Coordinator (Temp; In Office/Hybrid)

 This position works as a team partner with the teacher in developing activities for preschool children to provide an appropriate learning environment. Assistance is given to the teacher in carrying out the goals, policies, and activities designed to implement educational objectives and performance standards. This position may be assigned additional duties based upon program need and areas of developing expertise.

 Assist in developing learning materials and providing activities outlined on the lesson plan and related to the cultural background of the children and families served.

 Provide instructional services to students under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
 </li>

 Participates in the screening, observation and documentation of progress in GOLD online system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Record and maintain student records such as Portfolios, AM/PM Checklist, Toothbrushing Logs, Cleaning Logs, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures that the classroom environment is clean and orderly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in ensuring that all policies and procedures related to education and safety for children are followed.
 </li>

 Generates and documents in-kind and volunteer time sheets.
 </li>

 Contributes to the collection and edit processes of correct documentation for the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) by entering point of service meal counts in appropriate forms or software used by program to support claim reimbursement.

 Assist with students exhibiting behavioral/management needs.
