We're a fast-growing, excellence-oriented team focused on delivering outstanding service to our domestic, NRI, and Ultra HNI clients.What we are looking for:We are looking for a detail-oriented, meticulous Financial Accountant Assistant to support bookkeeping, invoicing and other related activities, and who can join us immediately.What will you be doing at Baker Street:<ul><li>Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts, Purchase Orders etc.</li><li>Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions</li><li>Maintain all the records &amp; files in a proper manner</li><li>Audit expense submissions and record their entries</li><li>Manage the purchase master and oversee if expenses occur as per master</li><li>Prepare monthly GST Data for filing</li><li>Prepare monthly TDS data for payment and quarterly data for return filing</li><li>Generating invoices and challan in Zoho books on a day-to-day basis</li><li>Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports as required</li><li>Internal audit for assets and office equipment stock regularly</li><li>Coordination with vendors and AMCs for invoice, billing and payments</li><li>Recording of timesheets on the software</li><li>Assisting with preparing Finance and EPF/ESIC/etc compliance documents</li><li>Coordination with Admin and HR team and supporting as per the need</li></ul>What should our ideal candidate have a.k.a &ldquo;Your Requirements&rdquo;:<ul><li>Basic knowledge of GST, TDS &amp; other accounting terms.</li><li>Good command over Zoho/Google Sheets and Docs</li><li>Good understanding of accounting principles</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Ability to keep documents and data well organized.</li><li>Ability to maintain strict confidentiality</li><li>Experience in Zoho books is preferred.</li></ul>Not sure whether you should apply?
