 Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Contribute to process improvement and business transformation projects for Baker Tilly&rsquo;s healthcare clients including healthcare payers and providers</li><li>
Collaborate with clients and internal teams through discovery sessions and interviews to identify, understand and translate business needs, processes and challenges into effective process documentation and requirements</li><li>
Define key processes and capabilities to develop deliverables like process maps, capability definitions, or reporting inventories</li><li>
Participate in various phases of system implementations or optimizations which may include supporting client engagements with:<ul><li>
Design definition</li><li>
System and acceptance testing and validation activities that solutions meet client needs</li><li>
Data mapping, migration and integration efforts</li><li>
Support for defect tracking, assessment, and categorization</li><li>

Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting, business, finance, engineering, computer science, management information systems, healthcare, public health, or related field</li><li>
Minimum of one (1) years of related experience; previous healthcare industry and consulting experience preferred</li><li>
Flexibility to travel to client site as needed and work outside of normal business hours due to client demands.</li><li>
Demonstrate management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required</li><li>
Self-motivation, organization, time-management, and deductive problem-solving skills.</li><li>

The pay rate range for this job position is 64,990 - 123,230. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant&rsquo;s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. The Family Office is a sub department of our Outsourced Finance and Accounting (OFA) practice that provides clients with the resources they need to manage complex financial affairs and reach their personal and family goals.
The Family Office A/P Staff works with high-net-worth families to satisfy daily financial needs. This position is responsible for payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices. This position will also be required to book journal entries and prepare reports.
