 We are looking for an
 
 Art Director / Sr. Art Director
 
 who will:&nbsp;
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Craft visually compelling work for digital &amp; social media, branding and offline mediums (KVs, posters, outdoor, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a hands-on approach, work independently and take full ownership of projects, from concept to final execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to creative ideation and concept development, ensuring strong storytelling and impactful visual narratives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely within the design team and with account teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Present creative concepts internally and externally, articulating design choices effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with production teams, photographers, videographers, and external partners to ensure high-quality execution."
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all work meets the highest creative and technical standards on-brand, and well-crafted,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experiment with AI-generated visuals and automation tools to push creative boundaries and enhance efficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay informed about AI&rsquo;s impact on design, integrating new technologies into creative processes where relevant
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Let's meet if you have:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in an advertising agency
 </li>
 <li>
 A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, campaign visuals, digital, and offline design
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with motion design (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus and will be considered an advantage.&rdquo;
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail, with an ability to refine and elevate creative output
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and how they can improve creative execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-driven, proactive, and able to take full ownership of projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative decisions
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects under tight deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and spoken English skills.
 </li>
