Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.<ul><li>Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments.</li><li>Manage visitor registration and maintain front office records.</li><li>Coordinate instructor bookings and assist with classes arrangements.</li></ul>Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.<ul><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.</li><li>Support administrative tasks as assigned by management.</li></ul>Follow company policies, confidentiality requirements, and workplace etiquette.Requirements &amp; QualificationsMinimum 1 year experience as a Receptionist in the UAEGood communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)Presentable, polite, and customer-focused attitudeBasic computer skills (MS Office, email handling,social media marekting)<ul><li>Ability to multitask and handle visitors professionally</li><li>Manage the studio</li><li>Work in shifts</li></ul>Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
