POSITION SUMMARY:
Coordinates the needs and objectives of the business segment with those of its employees by assisting the HR Manager in planning, recommending, implementing and administering personnel policies, practices, and programs that will attract and maintain skilled and motivated staff to meet corporate goals, objectives and business interests. Provides counsel, services, and other assistance to departments and management to assist them in the effective execution of their personnel and employee relations responsibilities.
This position requires a high level of initiative, responsiveness, and the ability to proactively support site leadership through timely updates, collaboration, and completion of key HR tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
<ul><li>Partners with site leadership to administer personnel policies, practices and programs, and advises and assists them in their interpretation and application</li>
<li>Assists senior management and department heads in organizational and departmental development by advising or by assisting with job structuring, job descriptions, reporting procedures and communications</li>
<li>Recruits, interviews, screens and refers applicants for position; conducts orientation programs for new employees; analyzes turnover and recommends suggestions for improved retention as required</li>
<li>Assists site leadership in human resources utilization by participation in determining and projecting staffing requirements, sources of qualified personnel, training and development requirements</li>
<li>Acts as a consultant regarding training and development programs; arranges or conducts programs</li>
<li>Acts as liaison between employees and management; conducts investigations and recommends corrective action; assists management in the utilization of constructive communication, including administering disciplinary actions</li>
<li>Interacts with all shifts and departments on a regular basis.</li>
<li>Maintains a visible presence across all shifts and departments; attends routine team and DDS meetings, ensuring awareness of floor activities and business priorities.</li>
<li>Develops, proposes and administers approved wage and salary programs including job analysis; job descriptions; job evaluation and periodic surveys to assure a competitive and equitable compensation program. Recommends changes as needed</li>
<li>Assists Corporate HR with the annual performance review process to ensure reviews are completed timely and accurately; discusses performance with leadership team as a means of identifying future growth potential and supporting the corporate succession planning process</li>
<li>Assists Corporate HR in the execution of corporate employee relations policies and programs designed to keep the corporation union free by analyzing the effects of practices/policies programs; recommends changes to meet goals and objectives</li>
<li>Responsible for assuring that the business segment is in compliance with laws relative to wages and hours, employee relations, employee benefits, employment opportunities and other related employment laws; acts as consultant within the corporation in interpreting the administration of the laws; seeks assistance from Corporate HR Director and legal counsel as appropriate</li>
<li>Maintains a system of employee personnel record keeping, retention, and access by authorized personnel</li>
<li>Responsible for administering the corporate drug program which includes pre-employment screening, random tests and post-accident screening, when applicable</li>
<li>Follows and enforces all safety policies and procedures including use of safety equipment (PPE) and equipment safeguards; works to advance and promote the safety culture of the site</li>
<li>Performs other related duties</li>
<li>Communicates consistently with the HR Manager and HR leadership regarding progress, delays, and task status; provides weekly updates and proactively raises issues before escalation is required.</li>
<li>Demonstrates urgency in executing HR tasks such as onboarding, employee conversions, investigations, and compliance-related items; tracks actions and meets all business-driven deadlines.</li>
<li>All special projects must be aligned with business priorities and receive approval from the HR Manager or HR leadership prior to initiation.</li>
<li>Expected to model a positive, professional HR presence and approach, fostering trust and engagement across departments.</li>

REQUIREMENTS:
<ul><li>BS degree in Human Resources preferred</li>
<li>Certification is preferred</li>
<li>Requires strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as effective presentation skills to be able to communicate effectively and professionally with all level of employees</li>

POSITION SUMMARY: 
We are currently seeking a Director, Digital Marketing and Experience based out of our corporate headquarters in Montvale, NJ. In this new role, the individual will own end to end digital marketing for our Human Nutrition &amp; Health (HNH) segment &mdash;strategy, roadmap, team, and performance to drive brand relevance, customer &amp; consumer engagement, and commercial impact. Acts as the enterprise enabler for digital excellence by governing the marketing technology stack, standards, and best practices across divisions/BUs in partnership with Corporate Communications and IT.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
<div>Strategy &amp; Roadmap 
<ul><li>Translate HNH strategic objectives and BU priorities into a one HNH digital strategy and 12 to 18-month roadmap with OKRs and resourcing plans.</li><li>Define the digital operating model incl. toolkit (MarTech Stack and vendors, service catalog, intake, roles) and governance that balances corporate and division/BU demands.</li><li>Own lead lifecycle &amp; revenue ops: define MQL/SQL stages, routing rules, and lifecycle dashboards with HubSpot/Salesforce alignment</li></ul>
Governance &amp; Prioritization 
<ul><li>Chair a Digital Steering Committee with senior stakeholders (Divisions/BUs, Corporate Comms, IT) to align the roadmap and resolve challenges and priorities.</li><li>Embed cross functional work orchestration backbone from strategy to execution.</li></ul>
Own Web &amp; UX 
<ul><li>Own balchem.com/HNH roadmap and performance: information architecture, UX/content quality, accessibility, SEO health, and measurement&mdash;partnering with Corporate and agencies.</li><li>Drive continuous SEO improvements leveraging BrightEdge data and cross page content plans.</li></ul>
Social Media Strategy &amp; Channel Leadership HNH 
&bull; Define channel logic &amp; ownership. Establish the purpose, audience, role, and success metrics for each social channel &bull; Build the SoMe strategy aligned to brand &amp; consumer programs. Translate portfolio and brand strategies and consumer awareness pilots into platform specific content strategies and paid/organic mixes. Ensure tight integration with launch plans, MarCom/PR, and digital campaigns. 
<ul><li>Nurture channels &amp; communities. Grow healthy follower bases a unity management, employee advocacy; coordinate with MarCom, BD/Brand leads, and Science to effectively amplify strategic content.</li><li>Paid social &amp; amplification. Plan and optimize paid social, integrate with HubSpot journeys, and ensure UTM discipline for reliable attribution into the performance scorecard.</li></ul>
Demand Engine (CRM/Marketing Automation) 
<ul><li>Own the HNH marketing use of HubSpot (in coordination with Corporate and IT), including list governance, subscription/GDPR compliance, lead capture, scoring, nurturing, and handoff to Salesforce with clear routing rules and reporting.</li><li>Define digital campaign architecture (email, landing pages, paid/organic, social) and ensure robust attribution, UTM discipline, and ROI tracking.</li></ul>
Performance, Analytics &amp; Insights 
<ul><li>Build an executive digital scorecard with leading/lagging indicators: Brand awareness, Engagement, Lead generation, Revenue impact, and Channel health.</li><li>Establish reporting rhythms and postmortems; feed insights into briefings for future content, launches, and media.</li></ul>
Launch &amp; Innovation Enablement 
<ul><li>Partner with BD/Brand leads and MarCom to digitally enable new product/content launches, campaigns and timely content, and omnichannel activation.</li></ul>
Compliance &amp; risk management 
<ul><li>Enforce LRC review requirements, ensure LRC alignment, claims discipline, and GDPR compliant subscription flows on social to CRM capture; maintain response playbooks and escalation for issues/crisis.</li></ul>
People Leadership &amp; Vendors 
<ul><li>Lead, coach, and grow a high performing digital team; clarify roles, boundaries, and development paths; manage partners and budgets to deliver quality at speed.</li><li>Budget ownership for digital channels, platforms, and agencies per Delegation of Authority; may initiate and recommend contracts/SOWs; signature authority per Corporate Contract Review, Approval &amp; Signature Policy.</li></ul></div>
REQUIREMENTS:
<ul><li>Bachelor's in marketing/business/communications; MBA or advanced degree preferred.</li><li>10+ years in digital marketing with 5+ years leading teams; proven success building multichannel digital engines in B2B/B2B2C health &amp; nutrition.</li><li>Deep exposure to HubSpot, WordPress, analytics/BI, SEO (e.g., BrightEdge), and social scheduling; understanding of Salesforce handoff and routing.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to implement steering forums, and portfolio prioritization across matrixed stakeholders, familiarity with legal &amp; approval workflows for compliant activation.</li><li>Strategic and creative integrator; excellent stakeholder management, crisp communicator, data driven decisionmaker, and builder/optimizer of processes and teams.</li></ul>
The salary range for this role is between $150,000 and $180,000 per year, plus bonus, depending on qualifications and experience.
