 Job Overview
 
 
 
 The Production Worker I role is key to organizing and assembling products for distribution, ensuring quality control, efficient inventory management, and on-time delivery. It supports productivity, cross-department collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
 
 
 This is an on-site hourly position. Workdays and hours are Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Overtime may be required to meet business demands. Additional work hours will be assigned during peak times and year-end.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during assembly operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Pack HVAC products securely to prevent damage during transit.
 </li>
 <li>
 Label, stock, and organize items accurately for easy access and restocking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a clean and organized work area.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure parts and tools are stored properly to avoid delays or safety issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other related duties as directed.

 Minimum Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High School Diploma/Equivalent or 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment in lieu of education
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to work 8-12-hour shifts standing
 </li>
 <li>
 Reliable and punctual
 </li>
 <li>
 Available to work any shift and/or overtime as needed

 Able to collaborate in a team setting

 Basic computer skills to function in the job role
 </li>

 Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

 Work Environment
 
 
 
 While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to use hands and fingers to type or dial, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and reach with hands and arms.
 
 
 The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. This position requires computer use. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
