Job Overview:We&rsquo;re seeking a creative and driven Photographer/Videographer to join our team!In this role, you&rsquo;ll develop concepts, support and lead shoots, and produce polished, high-quality content that reflects both our brand and our clients&rsquo; objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong visual eye, communicates effectively, and thrives in a collaborative environment. We&rsquo;re especially interested in someone eager to grow into a director role, take initiative on set, and continuously build their skills.Position Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborate and contribute to creative content ideation</li><li>Pre-Production planning including storyboarding and shot planning</li><li>Communicate, plan and execute high-quality video/photo production</li><li>Utilize high-level post-production skillsets to bring content to life</li><li>Learn, develop and expand brand voice/tone</li><li>Actively explore trends to evolve video/photo ideation</li><li>Fulfill project vision while upholding brand consistency and standards</li><li>Self-manage video/photo capture and edit workload and content delivery</li></ul>Desirable Traits/Experience:<ul><li>2-3 years experience</li><li>Bachelors in Videography/Photography or related fields a plus</li><li>Pre-Production focus on planning, storyboarding, and shot planning</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Creative eye for impactful video/photo composition, lighting and storytelling</li><li>Experience with concepting, shooting and editing for brands</li><li>Experience with creating a variety of contemporary, social content</li><li>Ability to work independently and on a team and manage their own workload, deadlines and goals</li><li>Ability to juggle multiple client projects simultaneously</li><li>Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to prioritize</li><li>Smart, savvy, self-starter</li></ul>Required Technical Experience:<ul><li>Sony Alpha System</li><li>Interview/subject lighting</li><li>Davinci Resolve</li><li>Adobe Premiere Pro</li><li>After Effects</li><li>Adobe Lightroom</li><li>Adobe Photoshop</li><li>Final Cut Pro</li></ul>*Applicants must offer a portfolio or body of work in order to be considered.Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Videography: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
