JOB DESCRIPTION 
<ul><li>
Leading improvement projects, monitoring and reporting the electricity and other energy consumption parameters of the plant,</li><li>
Managing the team of electrical technicians,</li><li>
Leading implementation of systems, procedures and guidelines,</li><li>
Being responsible for following the requirements of quality standards of all activities,</li><li>
Supporting implementation of 6 Sigma and BRC standarts in work area,</li><li>
Coordinating development activities of team by following the competency / multi-function matrix for the team,</li><li>

 Duties, Tasks &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Production
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Keep the machines running at high efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement the daily PM.
 </li>
 <li>
 Check the materials Spec.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor Martial consumption for BE area and record the daily form of spray usage
 </li>
 <li>
 Work on solving machines mechanical and adjustment issues with machines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Record in the area logbook his shift activities and problems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Efficient utilization of raw materials (oils, spray, spare parts, dies cleaning material) and record the usage format of this material and report these usages to the other relevant departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitors feeding, spraying, and racking processes of presses to maintain specified operating levels and to detect malfunctions, making adjustments as necessary, keeping control the quality of the product and running the machine defect-free.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report production issue to team leader, and participate in analyzing the problems using problem-solving tools to solve the problems efficiently
 </li>
 <li>
 Set up form rollers, plate registrations, over varnish, pressure plate on cylinders, spindle to blanket, ink fountains for ink flow, etc., and plans for and takes immediate correction action.
 </li>
 <li>
 Set up spray guns, gun alignment, over varnish, spray pressure, Neck forming machine adjustment, adjust can height, and plans for and takes immediate corrective action.
 </li>
 <li>
