</div><div>Gulf View Apartments is currently seeking one candidates for hvac technician.<br>
</div><div>As Maintenance Technician you will be tasked with multiple objectives throughout the day. You will be the on a critical team that is responsible for helping to ensure that work orders are completed in a timely manner. SPEED IS CRITICAL.<br>
</div><div>This is a full-time role, working 40 hours a week, servicing our apartment complexes in Biloxi, MS. Willingness to learn is a critical trait this individual must have. Excellent Benefits. Starting pay ranges from<b> $25 - $35 per hour</b>, dependent upon experience.<br>
</div><div>Roles and Responsibilities:<br>
</div><div>As a Maintenance Technician you will bring a positive, upbeat, and driven attitude. This role is responsible for:<br>
</div><ul><li>Respond timely to requests/work orders and ensure efficient problem resolution, and delegate as appropriate.</li>
<li>Support Preventative maintenance strategies amongst complexes.</li>
<li>Helps ensure that facilities and related systems are in good working order (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, exterior, etc.)</li>
<li>Helps ensure that units are 100% ready for move in (checklists, physically visiting units, etc.)</li>
<li>Updates and maintains work order management through AppFolio</li>
<li>Maintains clean properties by ensuring that complexes are clear of trash and other debris.</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications:<br>
</div><ul><li>Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical experience preferred</li>
<li><b>HVAC experience required</b></li>
<li><b>3+ years of maintenance experience</b></li>
<li>Computer experience required</li>
<li>Strong desire to uphold personal honesty, integrity, and work ethic</li>
<li>Maintains a passionate and enthusiastic attitude</li>
<li>Drivers License and ability to drive to various properties</li>
<li>Show Legal documentation showing ability to work in the United States</li>
