We&rsquo;re offering an entry-level position for a Legal Support Assistant at our Phoenix office. This is a fantastic opportunity to jumpstart your career in the legal field while providing support to our Legal Administrative Assistants. In this role, you'll engage in various tasks, including accounting and billing, document production, and client services, all while gaining a solid understanding of our firm's operations. You&rsquo;ll collaborate with a dedicated team of LAAs, helping to manage workload and support our timekeepers. Your Role:</div><div></div><div>
As a Legal Support Assistant within our Legal Administrative Assistant Team, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:</div><ul><li><div>
preparing, formatting, and editing correspondence and documents</div></li><li><div>
assisting with preparing closing binders</div></li><li><div>
running reports</div></li><li><div>
filing documents manually and electronically</div></li><li><div>
entering time and preparing and submitting expense reports</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Candidates considered will be proactive self-starters; able to work well both independently and within the Legal Support team, demonstrate flexibility in responding to daily workflow demands, and maintain the confidentiality of client and firm matters. We are seeking an experienced legal administrative assistant to work in a team of assistants who provide support to transactional attorneys n our Phoenix office. This position performs a variety of administrative and legal support duties and delivers high-quality support services to multiple internal and external clients, while exhibiting commitment to integrity and excellence. The position requires proactive problem solving and developing a thorough understanding of all firm and practice specific administrative processes and procedures, information technology systems, research tools and a broad-based understanding of the firm&rsquo;s clients, matters and associated practices. The selected individual will work within a team of LAAs, sharing overflow responsibility and support to all timekeepers assigned to the team. This position is hybrid and offers a work schedule of 3 days a week in the office.</div><div></div><div>

As a Legal Administrative Assistant within our transactional group, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:</div><ul><li><div>
Provide comprehensive legal administrative support, including extensive document production and coordinating closing materials.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure fee earners&rsquo; daily time entries are drafted in accordance with firm and client guidelines; and enter information into firm systems in a timely fashion. Prepare new business intake forms and open new client matters.</div></li><li><div>
Prepare and submit expense reimbursement diaries and process invoices.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain schedules and calendars, make travel arrangements, update contacts, and do other work as needed.</div></li><li><div>
Interact effectively, courteously and professionally with clients, attorneys, staff and peers.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>

The salary range for this position is from $65,000-$75,000, which reflects the Firm&rsquo;s good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting.
