 Product Application Specialist (PAS)
 
 who combines technical expertise with a customer-first mindset to deliver innovative solutions.

 asks &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Product and application consultation
 </li>
 <li>
 Offering product recommendations and solution suggestions
 </li>
 <li>
 Support sales organization in selling complex products
 </li>
 <li>
 Consultation, training on-site
 </li>
 <li>
 Execution of internal and external application test
 </li>
 <li>
 Support product introductions and pilot phases
 </li>
 <li>
 Elaboration of feasibility and proof of concept studies
 </li>
 <li>
 Contributing to technical knowledgebase with applications notes, videos and other suitable media/tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support of integrators/partners
 </li>
 <li>
 Active selling of services and solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 On-Site after-sales service calls in collaboration with complaint management team
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible technical contact person, of the allocated region, for the sales persons and customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Active participation in SAP C4C support ticket processing
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What we&rsquo;re looking for
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related STEM field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in industrial automation and customer-facing roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and drive results.
 </li>
