<div>Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Prepares all drinks quickly, accurately, and efficiently.</li>
<li>Maintains a working knowledge of all products and recipes served at the bar.</li>
<li>Charges the correct price for each drink sold and maintains proper controls at the service and main bar at all times.</li>
<li>Ensures all drinks are entered in POS and/or underlined with a marker before being prepared.</li>
<li>Responsible for accounting for all guest checks, cash, and credit cards.</li>
<li>Balances the drawer at the end of the shift.</li>
<li>Participates in proper bar maintenance, cleaning, stocking, and setting up.</li>
<li>Tastes juices in mixes and checks all the garnishes to insure freshness and quality.</li>
<li>Protects the liquor license at all times by checking IDs properly, not serving drinks to intoxicated persons, etc. Has a thorough knowledge of local liquor laws and follows company procedures pertaining to laws.</li>
<li>Restocks liquor bottles and maintains an accurate bottle par.</li>
<li>Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance.</li>
<li>Maintains a neat and clean bar and floor.</li>
<li>Must have ability to pour high volume of drinks.</li>
<li>Assists Barback or Beverage Server functions when necessary. Barback Capacity</li>
<li>Accurately stocks refrigerating units with wines and bottled beer.</li>
<li>Effectively washes glasses, bar, and equipment, polishes bar fixtures and mops floors.</li>
<li>Timely removal or empty bottles, trash, and returns dirty ashtrays to the bar or kitchen.</li>
<li>Correctly mixes and prepares flavors for mixed drinks.</li>
<li>Develops knowledge of beverage service.</li>
<li>Assists with Bartender or Beverage Server functions when necessary. Beverage Server Capacity</li>
<li>Accurately collects drink order, presents order to Bartender, adds appropriate garnish, places on tray, and serves to patrons with napkins and receipt.</li>
<li>Accurately computes bill and accepts payment.</li>
<li>Assists Bartender or Barback functions when necessary. Additional for all Capacity</li>
<li>Requests identification from customers when legal age is questioned.</li>
<li>Is well versed in all applicable policies, procedures, rules and laws for the State of Indiana and the Beverage Department.</li>
<li>Follows policies relating to financial transactions.</li>
<li>Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming and ATC (state) regulations.</li>
<li>Must be able to stand and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours).</li>
<li>Must be able to use stairwells or service elevator to go from floor to floor.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.; and be able to push, pull, grasp, reach, stoop, bend, twist and climb up and downstairs.</li>
<li>May assist with casino restaurant with food prep, food handling, stocking, host, server, and cashier duties as needed.</li>
<li>Must be able to understand and communicate in English.</li>
<li>Always follow the Company Service Standards model.</li>
<li>Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.</li>
<li>Other duties may be assigned at any time.</li>
</ul>
Work Environment:

The Casino industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation. This position will primarily be indoors under controlled temperatures. Occasional exposure to outdoor climates.

Bar Back - Casino Main Bar

<div>Responsibilities:

<li>Paints all areas of casino hotel, including but not limited to hotel rooms, ceilings, walls, door frames, back of house, elevator areas on all floors, stairwells, vending areas, offices.</li>
<li>Vinyls specified areas of casino hotel including but not limited to hotel rooms, corridors, vending areas, meeting and banquet areas.</li>
<li>Maintains good housekeeping practices in paint shop and work areas.</li>

<div>Responsibilities:

<li>Enforces all company policies, procedures rules and guidelines.</li>
<li>Monitors EAS fire alarm system responds to all assignments as dispatched or directed.</li>
<li>Conducts investigations into and generates reports on any crime or other incidents or accidents occurring within the resort property.</li>

<li>Performs any other related duties as assigned by the Security Supervisor.</li>

If working Casino Patrol:

<li>Handles all monetary transactions between the Cage and Gaming Tables in compliance with Gaming regulations, and as requested by Management.</li>

Role:

Cleans, re-stocks, and maintains hotel guestrooms and suites ensuring guest comfort, safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Enhances the guest experience by providing exceptional service. 
Services assigned rooms according to departmental specifications, within allotted time. 
Documents room status on assignment sheets. 
Greets guests passing in corridors, establishing eye contact. 
Ensures that equipment in guestrooms is operational &ndash; TV, remote control, phones, lights, etc. 
Performs turndown service. 
Delivers guest request items. 
Uses cleaning chemicals as instructed. 
Uses safety equipment as required. 
Communicates all maintenance issues to supervisor. 
Executes Daily Cleaning Projects. 
Secures master keys while working. 
Collects/secures lost-and-found articles and turns into Security. 
Restocks housekeeping cart daily. 
Trains new employees as needed. 
Controls inventory of supplies. 
Makes suggestions for improvements in overall operations with emphasis on increasing guest satisfaction, revenues as well as reducing costs.

Establishes and maintains close working relationships with all Hard Rockers to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service.
