BAM is seeking a Technical Lead to join its team. The Technical Lead is a technical leadership role responsible for overseeing the architecture, design, and delivery of complex, enterprise-scale solutions. This position serves as a strategic advisor and hands-on leader, guiding cross-functional teams through technical planning, execution, and innovation. The Technical Lead ensures alignment between technology strategy and business objectives, drives technical excellence, and mitigates risks across multiple programs or portfolios.<br>

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b><ul><li>
Lead enterprise-level solution architecture and technical strategy across multiple programs or platforms.</li><li>
Provide technical oversight and mentorship to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.</li><li>
Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business goals and mission outcomes.</li><li>
Evaluate and select technologies, frameworks, and platforms to support scalable and secure system design.</li><li>
Oversee technical risk management, including cybersecurity, performance, and integration challenges.</li><li>
Drive innovation through research, prototyping, and adoption of emerging technologies.</li><li>
Lead technical reviews, audits, and governance activities to ensure quality and compliance.</li><li>
Support proposal development, technical writing, and client presentations for strategic initiatives.</li><li>
Represent the organization in technical forums, working groups, and industry events.</li></ul><b>
Required Qualifications:</b><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>
8+ years of experience in software or systems engineering, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role.</li><li>
Proven experience architecting and delivering complex, multi-tiered systems in cloud and hybrid environments.</li><li>
Expert knowledge in frameworks such as ASP.NET Core and Angular, or relevant equivalents.</li><li>
Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, and enterprise integration.</li><li>
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, compliance frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies.</li><li>
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.</li></ul><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b><ul><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>
Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional, CISSP, or PMP.</li><li>
Experience in government contracting, regulated industries, or mission-critical systems.</li><li>
Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or other scaled development methodologies.</li><li>
Background in AI/ML, data engineering, or advanced analytics.</li><li>
Contributions to open-source projects, technical publications, or industry standards.</li></ul>
