What You&rsquo;ll Do: 
 Act as a key driver of HR operational excellence, ensuring seamless processes from onboarding to offboarding while championing the adoption of new HR technologies.<ul><li>
Serve as a system expert for our HRIS (ADP), supporting configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.</li><li>
Serve as a guardian of HR data integrity, implementing and overseeing processes to ensure the highest standards of data quality, accuracy, and security across all systems.</li><li>
Automate and streamline manual HR processes (onboarding, compliance, reporting) to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.</li><li>
Manage the employee lifecycle process, including new hire onboarding, job changes, and compliance tracking (I-9s, etc.)</li><li>
Generate and analyze HR data and dashboards to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.</li><li>
Champion the rollout and use of innovative tools, including our AskHR chatbot and other digital resources.</li></ul> 
 What You Bring:<ul><li>
Experience: 4+ years of broad HR experience, with a strong focus on HR operations and HRIS (ADP Workforce Now preferred).</li><li>
Skills:<ul><li>
Proven ability to use technology (HRIS, Microsoft 365) to automate processes and solve problems.</li><li>
Strong analytical skills with the ability to create reports and translate data into insights.</li><li>
Excellent attention to detail, customer service, and collaboration skills.</li></ul></li><li>
Mindset: A proactive, improvement-focused professional who is passionate about leveraging technology to make HR more efficient and strategic. Experience in a union environment is a plus.</li></ul>
