Job Title: Back Office Store Operations ExecutiveDepartment: Retail Operations Location: Bengaluru Reports To: Store ManagerRole SummaryThe Back-End Store Support Executive is responsible for handling all backend store operations including stock inward, inventory control, replenishment, tagging, and coordination with the front-end sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day store functioning. This role is critical in maintaining stock accuracy, operational discipline and audit readiness.Key Responsibilities Stock &amp; Inventory Management<ul><li>Receive inward stock and verify quantity, size, SKU, and condition</li><li>Ensure proper tagging, barcoding, and MRP labeling</li><li>Maintain stock room organization as per company standards</li><li>Ensure correct binning and stacking of merchandise</li><li>Support periodic stock counts, cycle counts and audits</li></ul>Store Backend Operations<ul><li>Enter inward stock details in POS / ERP systems</li><li>Track stock movement between backend and shop floor</li><li>Prepare daily stock movement and discrepancy reports</li><li>Support inter-store transfers and returns</li><li>Coordinate with HO warehouse &amp; logistics team</li></ul>Shop Floor Support<ul><li>Replenish fast-moving styles and sizes</li><li>Support VM team for display replenishment</li><li>Assist sales team during peak hours</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Control<ul><li>Ensure SOP adherence for stock handling</li><li>Report damages, shortages, and variances immediately</li><li>Maintain clean, safe and audit-ready backend areas</li><li>Follow FIFO / FEFO practices</li></ul>Skills &amp; Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years experience in retail back-end / stock handling / warehouse</li><li>Basic knowledge of POS / inventory systems</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented &amp; disciplined</li><li>Ability to lift cartons and work in stock rooms</li><li>Willingness to work retail shifts and weekends</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹14,120.84 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
