The Guest Billing Specialist serves as a liaison for guests with inquiries related to charges posted to their room folio and other onsite credit card charges. This role researches and investigates billing questions and works to resolve concerns in a clear and thoughtful way, supporting a positive guest experience after departure.</div>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></h3><div>
<ul><li>Communicate effectively with guests, management, staff and co-workers, while providing highest quality of customer service available.</li>
<li>Assist appropriate inquiries with golf, lodging and food &amp; beverage billing questions.</li>
<li>Work with all departments to correct billing discrepancies, while gathering pertinent customer information.</li>
<li>Provide guests with additional information and issue refunds in alignment with company policy.</li>
<li>Assure that departing guest records are accurately maintained and that established policies and practices are consistently followed. Assure that procedures are consistent with company policies.</li>
<li>Maintain confidential and organized billing files.</li>
<li>Integrate with central reservations in handling reservations calls, book tee-times and lodging, and respond to guest emails as needed. Provide support in pre-arrival billing processes.</li>
<li>Retain the utmost knowledge of the property and its history, management personnel and their functions.</li>

<ul><li><b>Stage and verify outgoing orders. </b>You&rsquo;ll check items, quantities, pack sizes, temperatures, and labeling before orders go out &mdash; making sure totes, cases, and pallets are clean, complete, and properly staged for drivers.</li>
<li><b>Keep back stock organized and accessible. </b>You&rsquo;ll maintain properly rotated product across all temperature zones &mdash; dry storage, coolers, and freezers &mdash; following FIFO standards and flagging anything damaged, short-dated, or out of place.</li>
<li><b>Replenish pick faces and keep them ready. </b>You&rsquo;ll move product from bulk storage into pick locations, keep faces stocked and organized, and communicate shortages or slotting issues as they come up.</li>
<li><b>Support receiving when it&rsquo;s needed. </b>You&rsquo;ll help with pallet breakdown, sorting, and moving product into assigned locations, and assist with labeling tasks including RFID stickers, product labels, and date labels.</li>
