 What We Are Looking For:
 
 
 
 The KYC Auditor works under the supervision of the KYC Manager to provide KYC validation on Bandwidth&rsquo;s End Customers in accordance with LAR and KYC requirements. This position is also responsible for creating training documentation, implementing and executing new policies and processes
 
 
 
 What You'll Do:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure that SLAs regarding response time are met in assigned markets by performing tasks promptly and to acceptable standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure Compliance with regulations and attainment of client-specific processing requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for ensuring KYC checks and completing Enhanced Due Diligence by critically evaluating End User details and information provided by Customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Critically evaluate information gathered from various Regulators, internal teams, support teams, and end users, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and create handbooks/guides for their team to follow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verifying, tracking, and reporting on Reseller Notification Status.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs testing to ensure new solutions/systems enhancements are adequately tested to minimize material impacts on Bandwidth&rsquo;s customer experience and Compliance needs. Compose and perform user acceptance tests based on business requirements and cutover plans when needed. (Regulation templates and end-user data gathering).
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a liaison between the Regulatory Operations and Regulatory/Legal teams and the LEA when needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reinstate disconnected services once Customer compliance has been adequately attained.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to internal and external queries regarding KYC/LAR verification standards and status.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 What You Need:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's Degree
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience in a telecom related or analyst role
 </li>
 <li>
 Must enjoy collaboration and teamwork.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Knowledge:&nbsp;
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Demonstrated knowledge of KYC/AML
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to determine trends and propose solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Intermediate-level understanding of the Operational and Technical aspects of VoIP, numbers, and messaging
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite products, particularly Excel/Spreadsheets, specifically with extracting, formatting, validating, and analyzing data sets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Intermediate-level in German, as well as being fluent in English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with a Customer Support Platform such as Zendesk or Intercom.
 </li>
 </ul>

 The Bandwidth Studio is expanding, and we are seeking a
 
 Motion Designer/Editor
 
 who prioritizes creativity and excels in execution. In this role, you will enhance our brand, campaigns, and product marketing efforts by delivering innovative multimedia content. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing animations that elevate projects and be comfortable working with footage independently.  What You'll Do:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the Studio Director to conceptualize and execute various productions across the organization, both locally and globally, in-studio and on-location.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with the Marketing Brand &amp; Offer teams to develop engaging and storytelling content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute brand work that includes editing, storyboarding, motion design, and event animation
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the animation production process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Possess intermediate knowledge of color theory, lighting techniques, typography, and color correction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand brand standards and translate them into a moving image context.
 </li>
 <li>
 Receive and implement feedback on cuts from project stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver the final video product to the required platform specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various co-workers, supervisors, and managers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Travel as required (8-10%).
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 What You Need:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Fine Art or Art with a concentration in animation, communications, or film.
 </li>
 <li>
 4-6 years of experience in motion design/video production.
 </li>
 <li>
 Agency experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in design, motion design, and editing. Experience working in an agency, production company, or in-house creative setting.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Portfolio samples required.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in multimedia-related software, including Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Adobe Media Encoder.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to translate a script or storyboard into a creative timeline for production.
 </li>
 <li>
 Thorough understanding of the creative process, from discovery and planning to scriptwriting, videography, and post-production management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Project management, pre/post-production, Adobe Creative Suite.&nbsp;
