Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and select candidates for various positions within the organization.2. Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships between employees and management, handle grievances, and promote a positive work culture.3. Training and Development: Coordinate and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.4. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and provide feedback to employees to improve performance.5. Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.6. HR Policy Development: Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and legal requirements.7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.Who We're Looking For:The ideal candidate should have:1. Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience.2. Experience in HR roles within the retail sector is preferred.3. Proficiency in HRIS (ERP, Time Trax) and Microsoft Office Suite.Requirements and Skills:1. Familiarity with HR software and tools.2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
