Post- Service Engineer In solarJob Title: Service EngineerReports to: Service ManagerLocation:1006 Fortune Business hub near shell petrol pump sciencecity Ahmedabad 380060Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Service Engineer to provide technical support, maintenance, and repair services for our products/equipment at customer sites. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.Key Responsibilities:1. Install, commission, maintain, and repair products/equipment at customer sites.2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, faults, and complaints.3. Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and testing.4. Provide technical training and support to customers.5. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and resolve customer concerns.6. Prepare and submit service reports, maintenance records, and other documentation.7. Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.8. Stay up to date with new technologies, products, and industry developments.9. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.10.
