 Job Purpose:
 
 
 
 To ensure end-to-end security of applications and ensure secure design, development and operation of software application resulting in improvement of overall Security Posture of the Bank.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Guiding and mentoring Application Security team in execution of their job in a planned and organized manner to achieve security objectives and improve bank&rsquo;s Info security posture.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise security controls in light of international best practices and SBP regulations for mobile/web applications and APIs
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform end-to-end risk security review of bank&rsquo;s software applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Development of application security baselines, best practices and share with relevant stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise implementation of secure practices in DevSecOps processes, incorporating security testing in development pipeline, and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for automating security in CI/CD pipeline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform and report Internal and External Vulnerability Assessments of Business Applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow all relevant divisional/departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices within the function; taking into account &lsquo;international best practice&rsquo; and advisories.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist relevant stakeholders in remediating vulnerabilities through security advisory
 </li>

 Job Purpose:
 
 
 
 
 Lead the end-to-end design, execution, and continuous evolution of the Management Trainee (MT) Program while supporting strategic leadership development initiatives across the Bank. Ensure robust talent pipelines are built to meet future leadership needs through structured learning, performance monitoring, and developmental exposure.
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design and lead the annual Management Trainee Program lifecycle, including recruitment, on boarding, rotations, learning, and graduation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with business leaders to define rotation structures and developmental assignments aligned with strategic needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver structured capability-building initiatives tailored to accelerate readiness for mid-level roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and mentor MTs through regular feedback loops, coaching interventions, and performance check-ins.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build robust tracking mechanisms to evaluate MT progress and align talent development with succession pipelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and design recruitment process to ensure high-quality sourcing and brand positioning of the MT Program.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage vendor relationships for psychometric assessments, boot camps, and learning delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure program governance, including alignment with HR policies, internal audits, and leadership reviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate career pathways and transitions post-program completion in coordination with business units.
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously evolve the MT Program based on feedback, best practices, and market trends.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Leadership Development
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support, design and implement enterprise-wide leadership development frameworks and capability models.
 </li>
 <li>
 Co-create and deliver leadership development journeys for Management Trainees and High Potential trainees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist Unit Head &ndash; Leadership and Head of Culture with the implementation of Leadership Programs for senior and mid-level across the Bank.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support leadership initiatives and projects, immersion programs, and executive learning experiences
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Measurement and Reporting
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 
 Track and report MT Program KPIs including evaluations, retention, promotion rate, and placement success.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain dashboards and reports for leadership development participation, engagement, and impact metrics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide regular updates on program performance and HIPOs from the Management Trainee Program.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct periodic reviews using post-program assessments to drive continuous improvement
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Minimum Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, preferably with a Human Resources specialization, or any related business specialization.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Minimum Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 7 years of experience with 2-4 years&rsquo; experience in leading a management trainee program or progressive human resources experience in Talent Development, Leadership Development, or Human Capital strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven expertise in designing and leading large-scale Management Trainee or Graduate Development Programs within a complex, multi-stakeholder organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with global leadership models, psychometric tools, and experiential learning methodologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in managing budgets, external vendors, and cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of driving transformation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong coaching skills to work on the development of the Management Trainee and Leadership program.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to influence, coach, and engage with senior business stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate success in applying data-driven decision-making and performance metrics to evaluate program impact and drive strategic talent outcomes.
 </li>
