Summary of Duties: This individual will be primarily responsible for the support of Portfolio Managers in matters such as investment research, trading, operational/administrative support functions and bank technology. The analyst will also be responsible for assisting with special projects as assigned
Essential Functions:<ul><li>
Conduct due diligence on existing and prospective investments</li><li>
Collaborate with portfolio managers on research, trading and operational/admin support</li><li>
Create and maintain models in trading system</li><li>
Support model rebalancing activities</li><li>
Become a student of financial markets</li><li>
Active participant in equity and fixed income committee meetings</li><li>
Function as liaison with fund managers and schedule reviews as appropriate</li><li>
Incorporate AI to increase efficiency and scale within the Trust Department</li><li>
Become subject matter expert on bank technology systems</li><li>
Assume additional responsibilities as requested</li></ul>
Requirements:

 Required Skills/Experience:<ul><li>
Undergraduate degree</li><li>
2-5 years of experience</li><li>
Strong analytic skills - detail oriented</li><li>
Strong technology/software skills</li><li>
Familiarity with AI utilization</li><li>
Passion for learning/understanding investments and financial markets</li><li>
Demonstrated commitment to professional development</li></ul> 
Physical Demands and Work Environment

Work involves standing and walking for brief periods of time but most work is done from a seated position. The ability to meet with clients outside of the work environment is required. Length of day is unpredictable; long hours may be required to attend business meeting/dinners and entertain clients. There is potential for eyestrain from reading detailed printouts and computer screen. Work normally requires finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination to operate computer keyboard at a moderate skill level. Deadlines, disgruntled customers, workloads during peak periods and pressure to achieve goals may cause increased stress levels and additional work hours. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.</div>
