<div></div><div>Bank of Bird-in-Hand is actively seeking a <b>Head Teller</b> to join our team at our new Honey Brook Branch. The Head Teller is responsible for overseeing daily teller operations and fostering a team environment focused on efficiency and customer service.<br>
</div><div>Responsibilities:</div>
<ul><li>Overseeing tellers and their transactions at the branch</li>
<li>Coaching, developing, and educating team members</li>
<li>Handling branch reporting on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis</li>
<li>Promoting the bank&rsquo;s services and providing outstanding customer service</li>
<li>Maintaining vault cash and coin while ensuring cash limits are not exceeded</li>
<li>Acting as a source of knowledge of banking policies and procedures</li>
<li>Collaborating with various departments within the organization</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div>Qualifications:</div>
<ul><li>A minimum 2+ years of banking experience</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>
</ul><div><div>Preferred Skills:</div>
<ul><li>Prior leadership experience in the banking industry</li></ul><br>

<div></div><div>Bank of Bird-in-Hand is actively seeking a <b>Branch Manager I </b>to join our team at our new Honey Brook branch. The Branch Manager I is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of the branch office, including operations, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Bank's objectives.<br>
</div><div>Responsibilities:</div>
<ul><li>Maintains overall responsibility for all aspects of the financial institution&rsquo;s retail network, including the implementation of strategies and establishment of goals to achieve growth, profit, operational efficiency and customer service objectives</li>
<li>Exercises authority of a manager concerning performance improvement plans and reviews, promotions, salary recommendations, and terminations</li>
<li>Performs business development activities by making outside business calls to current and potential customers and utilizes business partners (Merchant Services, Commercial Lender, Business Development Officer) to generate new sales opportunities for the bank</li>
<li>Collaborate with various departments within the organization to support operational soundness, safety, and open communication to help deliver quality service to internal and external clients</li>
<li>Monitors all branch reporting alongside the Head Teller</li>
<li>Provide regular feedback and performance coaching to support individual growth and accountability. Coaches, develops and inspires staff to maximize their potential with one on one meetings, and observations</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div>Qualifications:</div>
<ul><li>2+ years of banking, financial services, and/or sales experience in a management role</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Valid drivers license</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><div>Preferred Skills:</div>
<ul><li>Knowledge of banking services including consumer, business lending and credit administration.</li>
<li>Proven success in customer service and in the development of strong customer relationships.</li></ul><br>
