<div>Responsibilities<ul>
<li>Supervise and manage staff performance, workload distribution, and leave schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.
</li><li>Oversee and manage automation projects related to the Execution System in line with regulatory requirements.
</li><li>Act as liaison between the bank, system vendors, and relevant departments for technical support, enhancements, and system integration.
</li><li>Ensure execution-related banking transactions (e.g., account openings, transfers, checkbooks) comply with regulations and are properly recorded.
</li><li>Monitor and audit customer financial litigation lists to safeguard the bank&rsquo;s rights.
</li><li>Review, implement, and recommend changes based on regulatory instructions (SAMA) and ensure alignment with bank procedures.
</li><li>Test, review, and supervise updates and improvements to systems linked to the Execution System.
</li><li>Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant responses and reports to SAMA.
</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities.
</li><li>Ensure compliance with service-level agreements on regulatory requirements.
</li><li>Train and guide internal teams and departments to comply with SAMA&rsquo;s instructions and updates.</li>

Requirements 
Skills and Competencies:<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in administrative sciences, banking, or a related field.
</li><li>Minimum of 5 years&rsquo; professional experience in the banking sector, with a strong focus on execution.
</li><li>Holder of a specialized professional certification such as CCO or ACAMS, in line with Saudi Central Bank requirements.
</li><li>Full proficiency in English (written and spoken).
</li><li>Strong supervisory and managerial skills.
</li><li>In-depth knowledge of internal and external policies, procedures, and updates governing work.
</li><li>Knowledge of laws and regulatory frameworks governing banking operations.
</li><li>Strong familiarity with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) instructions, regulations, and financial/banking systems.
</li><li>Knowledge of all banking operations, their legal and technical aspects, and associated risks.
</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of the bank&rsquo;s services and products.
</li><li>Computer literacy and ability to work with applied systems.
</li><li>Ability to plan and organize effectively.
</li><li>Decision-making skills.
</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Senior Tanfeeth Officer

<div>Key Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Set unit objectives with staff, supervise and evaluate performance, monitor attendance, manage leaves, and develop team skills to maintain service quality.
</li><li>Review and approve account openings, data updates, e-services, authorizations, and standing instructions; ensure compliance with requirements and blacklist checks.
</li><li>Oversee deposit linking, renewals, and cancellations per approved procedures.
</li><li>Process and verify incoming/outgoing transfers, complete correspondent bank details, and monitor SWIFT/Speed messages.
</li><li>Prepare and review correspondence to/from external entities (e.g., courts, tax authorities).
</li><li>Handle customer transactions and inquiries on letters of credit, bills, and guarantees, ensuring timely resolution.
</li><li>Approve letters of credit, bills, and guarantees in all stages per work procedures.
</li><li>Verify credit approvals and ensure transactions meet facility conditions.
</li><li>Review and approve guarantee/SWIFT texts or escalate for higher approval.
</li><li>Manage notifications/amendments to guarantees, bills, and letters of credit, coordinating with clients.
</li><li>Notify insurance companies of coverage details/amendments and secure original policies.
</li><li>Coordinate with compliance/risk teams for high-risk or prohibited-country transactions.
</li><li>Approve granting, discounting, and related credit facility entries, including guarantees and ceilings.
</li><li>Safeguard bank rights by ensuring accurate entry of all credit facility transactions and guarantees.
</li><li>Draft and review approval/notification letters for credit decisions.
</li><li>Process mortgage release requests after confirming no outstanding obligations.
</li><li>Correct deficiencies in audited transactions and update branches via the system.
</li><li>Verify daily transaction files, correct errors, and coordinate with departments.
</li><li>Review and process cheques, escalate issues, and manage clearinghouse duties when needed.
</li><li>Prepare periodic reports for the central bank and management.
</li><li>Approve daily reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
</li><li>Review treasury operations per approved procedures.
</li><li>Approve transactions within delegated authority.
</li><li>Maintain organized storage of documents for easy retrieval and compliance.</li> 
</ul> 
 
Requirements
