Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
1+ years of experience in customer service or cash handling</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments</li><li>
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any concerns</li><li>
Promote bank products and services to customers and refer them to appropriate departments as needed</li><li>
Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to all bank policies and procedures</li><li>
Assist with opening and closing procedures and perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>

Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $15.50 - $16.50/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.</div>

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team in Shiloh. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical support, helping employees resolve IT issues quickly and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and maintaining smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in person</li><li>
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues</li><li>
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices</li><li>
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions</li><li>
Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system</li><li>
Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff when needed</li><li>
Assist with onboarding/offboarding by setting up and deactivating user accounts</li><li>
Support basic cybersecurity and data protection practices</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Associate&rsquo;s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>
1&ndash;3 years of help desk or technical support experience</li><li>
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking</li><li>
Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently</li></ul>
Preferred:<ul><li>
CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certification</li><li>
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools</li><li>
Familiarity with Active Directory and basic cybersecurity practices</li><li>
Familiarity with supporting banking or credit union operations</li></ul>

Salary Range:
