1. Procurement Planning &ndash; Identifying and planning procurement needs for MEP projects (pumps, blowers, valves, pipes, motors, control panels, chemicals, Pipe &amp; Fittings, etc.).2. Vendor Development &amp; Management &ndash; Identifying, evaluating, and developing suppliers for STP equipment, consumables, and spares.3. Quotation &amp; Negotiation &ndash; Requesting and comparing quotes, negotiating for best rates, quality, and delivery timelines.4. Purchase Order Management &ndash; Preparing and issuing POs as per project requirements and company policies.5. Material Coordination &ndash; Ensuring timely delivery of STP equipment and materials to site. Coordinating with stores, logistics, and suppliers.6. Quality &amp; Compliance &ndash; Ensuring purchased items meet technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory/environmental compliance.7. Cost Control &ndash; Monitoring procurement costs to maintain project budgets.8. Documentation &amp; Records &ndash; Maintaining vendor records, purchase documents, inspection reports, and payment follow-ups.9. Coordination with Project Team &ndash; Liaising with design, project execution, and maintenance teams for technical inputs and timely material availability.10. Problem Solving &ndash; Resolving supply issues, delays, or quality complaints with vendors.<ul><li>Knowledge of MEP equipment and components.</li></ul><ul><li>Understanding of basic mechanical/electrical items and civil works materials.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with ERP or procurement software.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;500,000.00 - &#8377;700,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
