 Position Summary:
 
 
 
 
 Job purpose:
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 
 Gather, analyze, and manage the business requirements throughout the software lifecycle and work with the technical team on interpreting the requirements into the desired deliverables.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key accountabilities :
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Analyze, validate, and manage the business requirements throughout the project life cycle
 
 
 .
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Understand the business requirements provided by customers and internal stakeholders (PO, functional consultant, &hellip; etc) and interpret them into deliverables (code, installation of a system, deployment. &hellip; etc).
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Recommend and assess different solutions according to the business need in coordination with the technical team
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Document the business requirements and changes of scope across the project stages.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Identify and propose potential process improvements (when applicable).
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Conduct ongoing checks on the project workflow to ensure meeting the initial and updated requirements and provide a final sign off before delivery.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage the communication between business stakeholders and the technical team, remove roadblocks and facilitate the day to day operations until delivery.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide analysis and reports on the progress, status, and challenges in every project and work with the internal teams on enhancing and improving as needed.
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;5 years of experience in a business analysis role and/or software development
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Understanding of business models and processes is a must.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Basic understanding of databases and relation modelling is a plus
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Basic knowledge of different technologies is a plus
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Financial services background is preferred
