The role requires a strong understanding of retail and SME credit, relationship management skills, and the ability to deliver growth in a dynamic fintech environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and manage strong relationships with SME clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Onboard and engage bankers across regions to expand business channels.</li><li>Facilitate lending transactions including underwriting, deal structuring, and closures.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (Credit, Legal, Operations) for seamless execution.</li><li>Drive cross-selling of wealth management and financial products.</li><li>Monitor and track sales pipeline, proposals, and conversions.</li><li>Maintain MIS reports and dashboards on banker activity and performance.</li><li>Stay updated on regulatory changes, market trends, and product developments.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>3&ndash;4 years of experience in SME Banking, Branch Banking, or Business Development.</li><li>Strong knowledge of retail credit, SME finance, working capital, and unsecured lending.</li><li>Entrepreneurial and result-driven mindset with ownership for outcomes.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM and pipeline tracking tools.</li><li>Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.</li><li>Exposure to Fintech, NBFCs, or MSME ecosystems is an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Financial services: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
