Job Opening: Senior Accountant Location: Bansal Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd., Raipur, ChhattisgarhWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior accountant to join our team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Financial Reporting &amp; AnalysisPrepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.</li><li>Budgeting &amp; ForecastingDevelop and manage annual budgets and periodic forecasts.Monitor budget performance and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Accounts ManagementOversee accounts payable and receivable processes.Ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements and ledgers.</li><li>Compliance &amp; AuditingEnsure compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., GST, TDS, Income Tax).Coordinate with external auditors during statutory, internal, and tax audits.</li><li>General Ledger OversightMaintain the integrity of the general ledger and chart of accounts.Perform periodic closing and account reconciliations.</li><li>Team Supervision &amp; DevelopmentLead a team of junior accountants; provide training and mentorship.Review work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.</li><li>Process ImprovementImplement internal controls and improve accounting processes for efficiency.Leverage ERP/accounting systems for automation and accuracy.</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>Proven track record in core accounting functions in a corporate or mid-sized firm.</li><li>Deep understanding of Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and applicable tax laws.</li><li>Experience using accounting software such as Tally ERP, SAP, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.</li><li>Exposure to handling audits, finalization of accounts, and working with external consultants.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.</li><li>Preferred: Experience in construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors.</li></ul>Salary- Negotiable We value individuals with exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence in corporate governance.
