 What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 As part of the BRF Procurement team, you will lead, develop, negotiate, and implement service and indirect material procurement for maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO), spare parts, and equipment, in close collaboration with key stakeholders across our three regions: Band&inodot;rma, &Idot;zmir, and Elaz&inodot;&gbreve;
 </li>
 <li>
 You will be responsible for defining the short, medium, and long-term strategy for Services &amp; Indirect Materials (S&amp;IM) in the region
 </li>
 <li>
 You will take the lead in system design projects aimed at improving procurement processes and enhancing business outcomes within these sub-categories
 </li>
 <li>
 You will act as both a team member and, when necessary, a project leader in the development and implementation of efficiency initiatives for Services &amp; Indirect Materials, working closely with the technical department
 </li>
 <li>
 You will contribute to data management solutions and support the monitoring of procurement targets by developing necessary databases and preparing procurement performance reports to present to the procurement team and other related departments
 </li>
 <li>
 You will ensure the supply of goods to three different factories
 </li>
 <li>
 You will manage a portfolio of over 100 local and international suppliers across 8&ndash;10 countries
 </li>
 <li>
 You will maintain strong working relationships with procurement teams to support business results and performance tracking, and collaborate with other departments such as Controlling, Legal, Finance, and Business Development

 What kind of profile are we looking for?

 A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement
 </li>
 <li>
 Residing in Band&inodot;rma or Istanbul, or willingness to relocate

 What competencies are key to this role?

 Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

 Maintain and regularly update employee records in Employee Central (SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and alignment with internal policies and legal requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate and prepare HR reports, dashboards, presentations, and internal/external communications as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and actively monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide technical support to employees and HR teams regarding system integration issues, user errors, and troubleshooting needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the first point of contact for queries related to recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth end-to-end execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in matters related to employee transfers, organizational changes, and compensation adjustment
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams during system upgrades, data analyses, and cross-functional process improvements
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and manage digital HR tools and platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and maximizing user efficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver training sessions and ongoing support to HR team members on the effective use of HR technologies and platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay informed on the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in HR digital transformation, continuously identifying opportunities for process optimization and system enhancement

 </ul>
 
 
 What kind of profile are we looking for?

 Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Human Resources or a similar function

 Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Arabic is preferred
