Job Description 
Role Overview
As a People &amp; Culture Executive, you&rsquo;ll be at the heart of creating a positive and supportive workplace, helping us attract, welcome, and grow the best talent. You&rsquo;ll provide day-to-day HR support while ensuring our culture and values shine through everything we do.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Support the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring new team members feel welcomed and set up for success.</li><li>
Assist with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives across the hotel.</li><li>
Coordinate training sessions and learning opportunities to support skill development and career growth.</li><li>
Maintain accurate employee records (contracts, attendance, benefits, disciplinary actions, etc.).</li><li>
Provide first-line support for employee relations, responding to questions and escalating issues when needed.</li><li>
Help organize engagement and recognition activities that build morale and celebrate success.</li><li>
Assist with performance review processes and feedback sessions.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health &amp; safety regulations, and brand standards.</li><li>
Contribute to HR reports, audits, and improvement projects as required.</li><li>
Promote a workplace that values diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing.</li></ul> 
Qualifications<ul><li> 
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications a plus).</li><li>
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally within hospitality or a service-driven industry.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and records management).</li><li>
Familiarity with UAE labor law and employment regulations (or ability to quickly learn).</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of empathy and professionalism.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.</li><li>
A collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude.</li><li>
Passion for people and creating a supportive, engaging workplace culture.</li></ul>

Job Description 
What you will be doing:<ul><li>
Be responsible for all cleaning of guest rooms.</li><li>
Ensure that to have enough quantity of guest amenities on your trolley.</li><li>
Ensure the work quality up to standard.</li><li>
Handle all service matters to guests.</li><li>
Strictly follow Lost and Found procedure.</li><li>
Be aware of the daily hotel activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilities.</li><li>
Proper grooming at all times.</li><li>
Proper stock of guest amenities, cleaning supplies, clean linen are arranged well on the trolley before starting the work.</li><li>
Check and make note of all the room with&rdquo; Do Not Disturb&rdquo; sign before the end of the shift.</li><li>
Personally supervise the end of day closing of the service area and makes sure that all equipment are in appropriate place and nothing is left around which can be hazardous.</li><li>
At the end of the shift or the day, she/he has to communicate all information that the next shift or the supervisor has to know for a well running of the operations.</li></ul> 
Qualifications

Previous experience in Hotel Housekeeping department desirable</li><li>
Previous experience in 5 star property desirable</li><li>

Job Description 
Banyan Tree Doha is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Chief Engineer to lead and manage all engineering operations during the pre-opening phase.
The Chief Engineer will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth establishment of the hotel&rsquo;s technical infrastructure, equipment, and systems, guaranteeing that all facilities are ready for operation on the opening day. The role will require hands-on management, strategic planning, and a proactive approach to facility maintenance and compliance.<ul><li>
Pre-Opening Engineering Operations:<ul><li>
Oversee the setup, installation, and commissioning of all hotel systems and technical infrastructure, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and building systems.</li><li>
Ensure that all engineering works are completed according to plan, within budget, and in compliance with local codes and regulations.</li><li>
Lead the coordination of contractors and vendors for all engineering-related projects, ensuring timely completion and high standards of work.</li><li>
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and systems, ensuring that the hotel will be operationally ready for opening day.</li></ul></li><li>
Team Leadership and Management:<ul><li>
Recruit, train, and develop the engineering team, ensuring that they are fully equipped to manage the hotel&rsquo;s operations from day one.</li><li>
Foster a collaborative, efficient, and service-oriented team culture within the engineering department.</li><li>
