We are looking to add an Office Specialist II at Baptist Pediatrics, located in Nocatee in Ponte Vedra, FL. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. 
As the Office Specialist II, you will provide business services for patients and the healthcare system. You will handle patient registration, posting charges and payments, and telephone protocols. It is vital that this candidate is adept with multi-tasking and being people-oriented, as they could make or break the patient's experience. This is a position for a focused, task-oriented and self motivated individual who thrives in a busy atmosphere. Our ideal candidate is an energetic team player who excels in a professional setting. Additional responsibilities for the Office Specialist may include:<ul><li>
Patient registration</li><li>
Check in and check out</li><li>
Scanning documents</li><li>
Posting charges and payments</li><li>
Telephone protocols</li><li>
Assisting patients as needed</li></ul>
Experience Requirements:<ul><li>
One-Two Years Front Desk Experience Preferred</li><li>
Experience Working in a Medical Office Preferred</li></ul>
Education &amp; Credential Requirements:<ul><li>
High School Diploma Required</li></ul>

PROVIDES CARE AND TREATMENT OF PATIENTS UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF SUPERVISORY PHYSICIAN ACCORDING TO THE BAPTIST PRIMARY CARE NURSE PRACTITIONER AND PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT PROTOCOL.
