Part-time (20 weekly hours)
8-hour shifts, schedule varies (mix of first and second shift)
Transport patients safely and efficiently to and from clinical, ancillary, and support areas via wheelchair or movable bed, to include transport of patients with oxygen tanks, intravenous pumps, drips, and special equipment.
<ul><li>Provide distribution services of requested items between various departments as needed in accordance with established procedures.
</li><li>Assist patients with mobility needs, including transferring patients to and from beds, wheelchairs, stretchers, and other transportation devices.
</li><li>Assists with patient handling and lifting using appropriate patient safety equipment (including side rails, restraints, and falls protocol) and appropriate safety procedures.

Job Description:
Baptist Health is looking for a Remote 340B Program Coordinator to join our Pharmacy Team!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Split-Billing Software Maintenance.
</li><li>Ensures that the 340b pharmacy program is continuously compliant with 340b federal regulations.
</li><li>Develops, executes, and documents self-audits of the 340b process. Coordinates and ensures remediation of findings.
</li><li>Reviews and monitors all points of service where 340B participation occurs to ensure policy and procedure compliance, covered entity eligibility, and &ldquo;covered patient&rdquo; eligibility.
</li><li>Responsible for managing and troubleshooting pharmacy billing issues and ensuring that adequate systems checks are reviewed to prevent billing issues.
</li><li>Evaluates patient eligibility for qualified and non-qualified patients in hospital-based mixed-use areas by reviewing patient medical records, insurance plans, and hospital status.
</li><li>Serves as the primary internal program coordinator and liaison for all 340b-related matters.
</li><li>Assesses opportunities for cost savings and process improvements to yield higher compliance.
</li><li>Collaborates with system and local leadership to improve and enhance service offerings.
</li><li>Provides oversight for the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
</li><li>Monitors purchasing records and clearly documents utilization, savings, problem areas, and exceptions or discrepancies.
</li><li>Monitors inventory levels to effectively balance product availability and cost-efficient inventory control.
</li><li>Serves as the point person and coordinator for all mock, HRSA, and manufacturer audits.
</li><li>Maintains a current state of &ldquo;audit readiness&rdquo;.
</li><li>Provides oversight for all audits performed by independent external auditors.
</li><li>Assists in monitoring reports to ensure compliance with the program.
</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
<ul><li>Must possess an Associate Degree in Business or Computer Science or have three years in direct 340B pharmacy coordination experience.
</li><li>Must be certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board with a Kentucky registry OR have 3+ years in direct 340B pharmacy coordination experience.
</li><li>Must obtain Pharmacy technician Certification within 6 months.
</li><li>PTCB Certification is required if working on-site in a Baptist Health Pharmacy.

Baptist Health is looking for a Pharmacy Care Coordinator I to join our team in Louisville, KY!
The Pharmacy Care Coordinator acts as an extension of the ambulatory clinic team to support patient access to high touch, complex medication therapies. Works in collaboration with insurance companies, nursing, social workers, and pharmacy to obtain appropriate authorization for medications including
 
registration with drug specific manufacturer programs when applicable. Performs tasks related to prescription billing including completing benefits investigations, assisting with the prior authorization process, and locating copay assistance options for patients to ensure affordability of specialty medications.
The Pharmacy Care Coordinator escalates clinical support needs and questions to the pharmacist. Assists with clinic intervention outcomes tracking to monitor value of services. Coordinates patient outreach during clinic visits or via telephonic follow up to ensure continuity of care and optimize patient outcomes.
 
Responsibilities may include working to establish and maintain short- and long-term quality improvement goals. 
 
The scope and complexity of the position requires a diverse and highly developed skill set including but not limited to time-management, communication, creativity, vision, teamwork, management, leadership, clinical knowledge base/skills, mentorship, change management, scholarship and teaching. Candidates must be able to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team, handling multiple responsibilities ln a fast-paced environment. This role may be physically positioned in a specialty medical clinic setting, centralized

Qualifications:
