Therapist-Physical I

<div>Overview
Purpose of Position and Scope of Responsibility
Patrols and protects the entire campus, inside and outside; responds to all incidents or calls relating to the safety and security of all persons and property on the campus. Officers are expected to demonstrate exemplary customer service skills and maintain a professional appearance while serving as ambassadors of the organization. Performs other duties as assigned.
Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities<ul>
<li>Patrols the entire campus for the purpose of deterring crime and initiating corrective actions on any physical security or safety hazards identified.</li>
<li>Provides customer service to our patients, visitors, and employees carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.</li>
<li>Responds to all calls for disruptive behavior, disturbances, and combative patients, and incidents, as well as internal or external alarms.</li>
<li>Understands, complies, and enforces hospital policy and procedure. As needed, enforces State and Local laws/ordinances to ensure the safety and security of all persons and property on campus.</li>
<li>Submits all necessary reports in a prompt and professional manner.</li>
<li>Performs escorts related to money transfers, as directed by facility policy. Will secure patient valuables upon request. Will perform non-monetary escorts for staff, visitors, physicians, and patients upon request for the safety and security of the requesting party.</li>
<li>Controls all parking on the property, emphasizing parking in critical and/or emergency parking areas.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and completes assigned goals.</li></ul>

Security Officer

<div>Overview
Purpose of Position and Scope of Responsibility
Provides direction in the administration, management, and coordination of financial operations for Accounting Services working in close collaboration with the System Director of Finance. Responsibilities include but are not limited to setting operational direction and providing management oversight for Accounting Services staff, standardization of operations, identification of efficiencies, implementation of performance improvement plans when appropriate, implementation of productivity/labor cost strategies, and administration of operating plans/goals. 
 
 
 
Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities -
1. Plans and implements departmental goals through ongoing evaluation and assessment of departmental processes and the needs of internal and external customers in order to achieve desired business objectives.
2. Provides departmental oversight to include but not limited to hiring, training, supervising, counseling, evaluating all employees and maintaining regulatory requirements. Assesses such operations to enhance service delivery, quality and efficiency.
3. Provides departmental financial management, including but not limited to capital and operational budgeting, variance analysis and proforma generation as well as management of resources within financial and workload standards established by Baptist. Implements workload standards and continually reviews operations to identify opportunities for cost reduction and enhanced efficiency which will result in more efficient resource utilization.
4. Communicates and interacts with key internal and external customers in order to identify opportunities for improvement and monitors improvement which will result in enhanced customer satisfaction.
5. Prepares the consolidated financial statements and System Board Report for BMHCC including various miscellaneous reports as needed.
6. Coordinates preparation and payment of property tax payments for Metro entities.
7. Prepares system financial statements for external audit firm.
8. Performs other accountabilities as directed or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelors Degree in Accounting, or equivalent and either an M.B.A or C.P.A required. 
Experience: 7+ years experience in an accounting environment.
