<div><ul><li>Welcome patient and family members in a professional and friendly manner. Contact nursing staff for emergency medical needs.

<ul><li>Interview patients to obtain all necessary demographic, insurance, emergency contact information.

<ul><li>Go into patient rooms or exam rooms as required to gather all necessary registration information and documents.
