<div>We&rsquo;re looking for a Maintenance Technician who values teamwork, quality, and great customer service. You&rsquo;ll play a key role in maintaining the property&rsquo;s standards and curb appeal, handling service requests, and preparing apartments for new residents.

If you enjoy hands-on work with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair, this could be the perfect fit for you! 
What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul>
<li>Respond to resident service requests</li>
<li>Prepare vacant units for new move-ins</li>
<li>Maintain property appearance and functionality</li>
<li>Work closely with the Property Manager and Service Manager</li>
</ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For
<ul>
<li>EPA HVAC Certification (Type I &amp; II or Universal required)</li>
<li>Skills in plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance installation</li>
<li>Comfortable using hand and power tools</li>
<li>Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable</li>
<li>A true team player with a positive attitude</li>
</ul>
